## What is Evermory?

Your photo library holds thousands of moments. Evermory turns the dates, favorites, and locations already attached to your photos and videos into an organized timeline—processed on your iPhone.

Rediscover your memories:
• Group photos and videos into meaningful moments by time and place.
• Choose a date range and preview a Story Book before saving it.
• Keep multiple Story Books, rename them, and return to them after relaunching the app.
• Explore memories on a map with photo thumbnails.
• Review yearly totals for photos, videos, memories, and places.
• Create a PDF Story Book and share it only when you choose.

Private by design:
Evermory requires no account. Your library is indexed locally, your saved Story Books stay on your device, and Evermory does not upload your Photos library to an Evermory server. The app never changes or deletes your original Photos items. You can grant Full or Limited Photos access and reset Evermory’s local data at any time.

Some features depend on the dates and locations available in your Photos library.

Photos now keep faces and heads visible in full-frame layouts and exports. You can also delete a photo directly from Photos with a clear confirmation, and photo viewing is smoother with progressive loading and swipe navigation.

Find more meaningful photos with faster, safer on-device analysis.

• People and scenery detection is now saved locally and improves progressively as Evermory analyzes your library.
• Analysis pauses safely when the app moves to the background and resumes when you return.
• Memories include a broader mix of high-quality, early, and recent photos.
• PDF export downloads up to three selected iCloud photos at a time and skips unavailable photos.
• Photo library additions, edits, and deletions update the local index while the app is running.
• Expanded diagnostics include Apple crash and hang reports for easier troubleshooting.

Create richer memory books with more photos and denser exports.

• Browse up to 24 photo candidates in each memory and start with four selected highlights.
• People only is now the default, with balanced coverage across every year in long time ranges.
• Review every memory included in your generated story.
• PDF layouts now adapt to one, two, three, or four photos and reduce empty space.
• Text-only memories share a page when possible for a more compact book.

### 1.6 — 2026-09-12

Create more meaningful memory books with smarter photo selection.

• Choose Balanced, People only, Scenery only, Prioritize people, or Prioritize scenery when creating a story.
• Photo matching uses Apple Vision privately on your device.
• Unavailable iCloud photos no longer block an entire export. Evermory skips them, completes the file, and clearly reports how many were omitted.
