But recently I can’t even get the app to open, uninstalled and reinstalled but it still won’t open. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-06-30, version 1.47.0* All this app does is crash over and over. It asked me to take a survey but did not work and quit while I was taking it. Now when I try to pick a new journey there’s no start button to any of the journeys available. Sync of health data was terrible before it not working at all. Castlight was far superior. ### 1/5 — Bugs not fixed *2026-08-13, version 1.50.0* After I have to go into a new downloading, it makes you try to download it. It doesn’t even go into a screen . I lost all my data. I link my device and says it is linked but when I exit EverNorth app it is not linked. This is so frustrating that every year it is nearly impossible to have a decent experience without having to take valuable time over and over and over. It is very frustrating and not the first time. It is an every year occurrence. My IiTunes account has nothing to do with my EverNorth account. It is through google. So half the responses I have gotten make absolutely no sense. ### 1/5 — Poor Customer Service *2026-03-03, version 1.38.0* Request prescriptions, and refills and do not respond. Additionally expects payment prior to sending prescriptions. Demands payment when prescriptions not received. And finally when sending a prescription made in Switzerland that has a serious chemical small, refuse to take back. I didn’t think it was possible to make an app worse but somehow you did. Really wish the company would go back to Castlight. This app looks like something a teenager made for their design class. Nothing is fluent or easy to find. A lot a lot of unnecessary clicks. I have no idea what to do to earn points. I see the goals but you can’t click to find next steps. The app rarely gives rewards points in a timely manner. It doesn’t connect to Apple Watch and barely connects to the Health app. You’ve had a year since we are forced to move to this. Why isn’t MyFitnessPal connected? You just have a series of unknown apps instead. Data may be shared with “trusted health partners” approved by your employer. Integration with Google API follows Google’s Limited Use policy. ### 1/5 — Rewards *2025-08-29, version 1.31.0* Terrible design for rewards gift cards. Earned a visa reward gift card. Never received my redemption link. Thinking that it would eventually come through, I ended up forgetting about it. Tried to call customer service knowing it has been quite a while to get another one sent out. When they finally resent the link they sent me an expired link saying you only have 6 month to use. Well I never got the email that told me that in the first place. Thinking they would just take a few dollars off the card for each month that had passed, but nope, they just take the entire balance. Not sure how that works when it was their fault I never received the redemption link in the first place. You work all year to build up your rewards just to get nothing.
