It continuously asked you to stay signed in despite checking off “Do not ask me again.”In the middle of a session it wants you to download the Microsoft authentication app and it still gives you a hard time. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2024-01-30* It’s not intuitive, it’s difficult to navigate, occasionally redundant, and often prevents me from logging in/out by telling me I’m in an “unauthorized area” when I am. I could be in the individuals house trying to log out and bill so I can go home to my family just to be stuck calling the office to have them email me a form to manually enter my hours because the app isn’t working. ### 1/5 — Won’t upload *2023-11-05* They made me download a new version. Now it won’t even upload on my phone. It’s ridiculous I can’t get paid. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2023-10-31* This is probably the worst app I’ve ever used. It won’t even open. Just worse… *2023-10-16* I had no issues when we used the website to log in. Now they’ve forced us into using this app….( the app) It’s trash. The location asks for permission, you give said permission, it acts like it doesn’t know where you are. Interfering with logging in and out, so in other words messing with my paycheck. Our location is necessary to legally provide the service. If our location isn’t being logged we can’t claim the hours worked. The update didn’t help matters I’m getting error codes. It blocks me from punching out whenever it feels like it. It doesn’t log my punches when it says it has. ( you are successfully logged out of the program) NOPE! You’re not…. Honestly the worst app I’ve ever used in my 20+ years of providing healthcare services to my communities. ### 1/5 — Update for who? *2023-08-28* The system worked better for DSPs before the last big interface change and this current update made nothing easier for us that I’ve found. Also, the link to send me here from their site was broken and I had to blind figure out which out of the 3 updates was meant for me 😤😓 ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Do not Recommend *2026-06-04* This app needs to really be fixed or there needs to be an option to log in on a website. It is constantly crashing or not working. Not to mention there is something wrong with the location tracking, which by reading the previous review from 2 years ago, I see is apparently still an issue. ### 1/5 — This app is awful *2026-04-23* The app constantly has to be deleted and reinstalled. It freezes constantly and shears data retry. I’ll type in work notes and then it will pop up with a screen that says retry and will erase all my notes. ### 1/5 — Ridiculously unreliable *2026-04-15* Things that are this important should be much more reliable seriously.
