## What is Eversense 365?

For people with diabetes, the Eversense 365 Application is compatible with the Eversense 365 Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) System available in the US – the first and only CGM device with a sensor that measures glucose for a 1-year period. The app runs on a compatible mobile device and receives and displays glucose data from the Eversense 365 Smart Transmitter.

In addition to your current glucose values, the Eversense 365 App provides alerts for potential hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia events based on your individual settings. It also displays the rate and direction of glucose changes, and provides the ability to enter glucose-related events such as meals, insulin delivery, and exercise. The Eversense 365 App is also compatible with the Eversense NOW Remote Monitoring mobile app and the Apple Health app.

The Eversense 365 App cannot provide glucose readings unless it is used in conjunction with the Eversense 365 CGM system, which includes the Eversense 365 Smart Transmitter and Eversense 365 Sensor. The Eversense 365 CGM System is a prescription device, and you should contact your health care provider for more information and whether the Eversense 365 System is right for you.

## Key features

- Real-time glucose data display

### 3/5 — On second year and it’s good. Growing pains.

*2026-02-10, version 8.2.1*

Update Feb 10, 2026:
The Apple Watch app is messing up again where we have to start the app, it shows a previous reading for an instant then goes blank then we have to close it then restart to see the current reading. It worked fine for a few days after the latest update. Growing pains I guess.

Feature added recently: numerical a1C estimate (GMI). Thanks!

Features still needed:
1- Siri/Google request giving an audible response that works on the phone as well as in Carplay/Android Auto.
2- Watch complication display so users don’t need to press, scroll and tap multiple times to see a reading. It only gives critical low alerts in CarPlay right now; nothing else.

Still liking the E365. Lets get to 5 stars!!

My sister and I are on our second E365 implant and it’s going very well.

One current complaint that began very recently: i have to start then close then start the watch app again to see my glucose reading on the Apple Watch. Please fix.

### 5/5 — Great Sensor

*2026-01-11*

The app has all you really need to see your glucose readings. The sensor itself is incredible and has shown its incredible accuracy every time you calibrate it within the week. Has read +- 5 within the glucose meter readings. Highly recommend the sensor compared to Dexcom and Abbott skin mount CGM’s

**Developer response:** Hi! We've forwarded your feedback to our developers. Thank you for taking out the time to send us your suggestions!

### 1/5 — App

*2025-12-20*

There has not been an update since I’ve been using it. Also I have to remove app and re- install it about every couple weeks because it doesn’t work properly. The supposedly update after I wrote this wasn’t even an update. Nothing changed.

### 2/5 — App

### 3/5 — Great so far, but needs more alarm options

*2025-11-25, version 8.1.0*

So far I really like the system, but I am a heavy sleeper and the alarms aren’t loud enough or continuous enough for me to hear it and wake up. I also wish that the options in blood sugar went a little higher for the lows.

### 5/5 — Great App, please add ONE thing!

*2025-10-25, version 8.1.0*

A family member uses this app and it works very well. Is there a way that it can be on the lock screen so they don’t need to unlock the phone and maximize the app to see a reading? It would be even better to just look at the phone and see the reading. Thanks in advance for an answer or an upgrade!

### 4/5 — We like it so far but features needed

Updated 7/26/2025:
This review still represents my sister and my opinions on the Eversense 365. We used the Dexcom G7 prior.

We still like the E365 after 7 months. The transmitter charge lasts 2 to 3 days still, but we charge it every day or every other day while showering. We’re both thinking of going back to the Dexcom G7 at the end of the year due to the lack of certain features that we really liked with the Dexcom.

Features much needed:
1) Make it ok to charge transmitter up to 30 minutes. Why limit the charging time to 20 minutes and suggest doing so while showering. Whose entire shower routine takes 20 minutes from the time you put it on the charger to the time you get back to it.
2) Enable the watch app to be a complication on the smart watch face so that it can be readily seen. There’s a watch app, BUT I have to go to the apps list, scroll to the app then touch the app. Can’t do that while driving, for example. Being an app developer I know this doesn’t take much to implement.
3) Enable a shortcut with a user customizable phrase so that Siri or Google can provide glucose levels audibly. This must also work in CarPlay or Android Auto. This is AWESOME on the Dexcom. I’m driving and simply say “Siri, glucose level” and I get the reading including the trend. I miss that A LOT.
4) Give users an A1c estimate. Dexcom does this very well. It was never off by more than 0.4 for both my sister and me. As an app developer and college math/statistics faculty member I know you can do this. You provide charts of percent in or out of range so the A1c can be estimated. That was a big motivator for us and much needed too. Dexcom’s system is so much more motivating. My average A1c has increased, we think, due to the lack of these features.

And then there’s nowhere we can get any info about what Eversense features that are coming. If these features are still missing after the next five months, we are definitely going back to Dexcom.

**Developer response:** Hi! We've forwarded your feedback to our developers. Thank you for taking out the time to send us your suggestions!
