There is never notice about it in advance or afterward. Never an explanation why and when you reach out you don't hear back for days and then the person seems completely clueless that it was even down. Get your act together and make this reliable! Peoples' lives depend on it! When they finally decide to try and fix it, they give no notice in the app and do it in the middle of the night which is the most dangerous time to go unmonitored! **Developer response:** Hi, we apologize for any issue you might be having!
