I have just bought the new Semco IPink and none of the apps associated with this embroidery machine don't work. Does anyone have an app or information on how to get this working?? Thanks

I got the sparrow x for Xmas. I have nothing but issues with the app. It shuts down and goes back to my home screen. I have an iPad and iPhone have the same issue regardless of which device I try.

If I can’t resolve the issue I am returning the machine to the shop I purchased it from.

App keeps crashing when I download all my designs. If it’s just a few it works perfect but as soon as it reaches a certain amount the app either crashes or won’t open some of the designs

I’ve been using the app with my Sparrow X and it has been working like a dream up to this afternoon. All of a sudden today, it crashes every time I try to open My Designs. I can open the designs that came with the app and everything else but when I tap my design folder, it crashes. I closed the app, restarted my iPad, and even deleted and reinstalled the app but the same thing happens. I searched the Eversewn website but there is no support there. Now I can’t embroider any of my purchased designs. Please fix this!!!!

They need to fix interruption of design. Worked before they had a update. They don’t seem interested in fixing. Need to add more thread manufacturers. The machine and software does a lot for the money. Just need to make some improvements.

Developer can you fix it? App shuts down halfway through the search for my patterns.  I can’t get to my purchases of new files.

When will this be updated? Your App will not display all of my downloaded designs . Very disappointing and FRUSTRATING!!!
