I generally like their services; however, I believe their quality is going down. The app doesn’t allow you to change the preferred pharmacy like other hospitals do. When I requested pharmacy change, it’s taking them more than 4 months to do so & asked me instead to email them every time I need a medication. What’s the point of an app that has the function of ordering medication if I have to manually write an email every time I need refills? On top of it, they seem to hire newly-graduated MAs who can’t find veins & they twist & turns the needle when it’s in under the skin. Bad practice. One MA gave me an opinion what my condition sounds like to certain medical disease even though they technically cannot diagnose the patients as MAs. My distrust for their service has grown and I’m very concerned for them (and for myself who receive care as a patient.) **Developer response:** Hello! Apologies for the confusion. Apparently I’m not supposed to be able to schedule a new patient appointment through it but there’s nothing to indicate that I shouldn’t. So there’s that problem. I’ve been locked out of my account for nearly a week. All IT has been able to do is suggest I change my password but make sure I write it down first (As though I hadn’t tried to already change it 5 times before seeking help. And I’m not that dumb that I can’t remember a newly created password), try using the same non-functioning password that they provide to me on 3 separate occasions, and take 24hours to respond to every email interaction.
