## What is Evertel?

Evertel provides a FOIA, CJIS, HIPAA and State compliant communications and team collaboration platform for 1st Responders and Government. Evertel greatly enhances agency communications with voice, chat, messaging, video and images allowing you to share critical information and receive agency-wide updates and collaborate with your team(s): all in a secure, real-time environment.
1st responder and Government employees typically communication with apps available to the general public. This presents several potentially significant issues for users:

• Consumer apps are not compliant with FIOA, CJIS, HIPAA and State requirements, leaving users and their devices exposed to subpoena, confiscation or worse
•Public apps are - by definition - public, meaning messages can be intercepted and read by non-department individuals including media, employees of the app provider and others meaning your

When I fist started using Prime music it was okay, even with the limited music selection but since they recently took away the option for you to select which song you play and only allow shuffle it is not worth my time.  I think Amazon is making enough money off of prime members that there was no need to try to force you to upgrade by not allowing you to play the songs you like in the order that you want.  Silence Music is a much better service and it’s free.

This app would not even be relevant if WhatsApp would change to be CJIS compliant. Messages are delayed, communicating with others is an act of god, and less than half the features of WhatsApp

We have seen major improvements in the app that were issues when we first got this app.  I can say the customer service has dramatically improved.  Upgrades have been good for us and has streamlined our information sharing.  Highly recommend the app.

We use this as a preferred way to communicate and be in compliance with the laws.  Simple and easy to use.   This is a great way to get communication out fast.  In a active event great way to communicate in a crisis.

I’m thoroughly please with Evertel. Very convenient and simple. Only complaint is that when I creat a group chat as a guest the limit I can have is 5 people. Kinda odd. But all in all it’s a very good communications app.
