### 1/5 — Not working

*2023-06-23*

App is no longer working after the latest version update. Please fix these bugs ASAP as we can no longer access our solar battery through the app.

### 1/5 — Not working

### 1/5 — App is broken so use web/inverter panel

*2023-04-25*

App has been broken since update and is useless. I see people imply that this makes their solar system useless or that Panasonic’s system is bad. You can use the web interface or simply use your systems interface itself (located on the inverter). Never rely on an app for an expensive system.

### 1/5 — Like others said, App still broken

*2023-04-05, version 1.13*

App is still broken and no response or update to fix it

### 1/5 — Still No Response or Solution

*2023-03-24*

So an app that will not work without updating. But when an attempt to update the app, the App Store does not provide the option to Update, but instead only offers to Open the app. The app will shut down and close out if you choose not to update the app.

Panasonic has not answered my emails to request a solution, but instead send an automated email that it will be forwarded to someone.

Trash! Looking into other backup solar battery/storage systems. Not worth the investment.

### 1/5 — Awful

*2023-03-20, version 1.13*

App won’t even open now. Just spins and says looking for the newest update. Absolutely frustrating

### 1/5 — Disappointing

*2023-03-12, version 1.13*

Wow this is an unbelievably bad app! What a disappointment that Panasonic provides such poor support.

### 1/5 — App not working

*2023-03-07, version 1.13*

App stopped working after latest update

### 1/5 — App not working

*2023-03-06, version 1.13*

Ever since your mandatory update the app doesn’t work. Fix it!

### 1/5 — Help!!!

*2023-03-06, version 1.13*

When I went to use the app, it forced me to download this new version… Now the app will not open, and it keeps prompting me to update to the new version (which obviously I have)… so it’s just a perpetual loop to nothing…

### 1/5 — App won’t update and is now useless

*2023-03-04, version 1.13*

App keeps saying that it needs a new version and yet all it does is spin when you try and open from the App Store. You cannot open the app without said update.

### 1/5 — App doesn’t work

*2023-03-01, version 1.13*

The app insists on searching for an updated version. The update is in the App Store however, the update never loads.

### 1/5 — Not working

*2026-01-07, version 1.17*

App is no longer working after the latest version update. Please fix these bugs ASAP as we can no longer access our solar battery through the app.

### 1/5 — Abandoned App and product

*2025-08-09, version 1.17*

Panasonic has suddenly decided to get out of the solar industry and with it has abandoned this app, its support and even its ability to be used by current EverVolt owners. So no need to get this as it is non functional.

### 1/5 — App is once again broken

*2025-08-08, version 1.17*

As of Aug 2025 the EverVolt app is again not working. Crashing when trying to change settings

### 1/5 — UP THIS APP!

*2025-01-26, version 1.17*

This is terrible. Someone at Panasonic, please update and fully test this app so that it works properly. This is not a difficult thing, I’m a technologist. You owe it to all of us who have invested in your systems.

### 1/5 — App is finally working again

*2024-12-11, version 1.17*

As of Nov 2024 the EverVolt app is again not working.

### 1/5 — App is broken must use inverter panel

*2023-12-14*

I’ll keep updating this review so everyone can see if it is fixed yet: Dec 2023 app still not working yet Panasonic has released a new Evervolt system. App has been broken since update and is useless and to add insult to injury the web based portal has become a hopeless tool as well. The only real way to deal with the Evervolt system is at the inverters. Pretty baffling that such a big brand can not figure out how to give their customers a smoother experience with this expensive product.

### 1/5 — Garbage app that doesn’t function

*2023-07-07, version 1.13*

Hard to say that this should even get one star, since all it does is put you into an endless loop of trying to update, but taking you to the same version. This app is complete garbage and is just below the quality of the Evervolt battery it’s intended to interface with. Shame on Darfon and Panasonic for letting this exist!

### 5/5 — App is finally working again

*2024-02-15*

As of February 2024 the EverVolt app is working again. It took many months and emails back and forth with Panasonic engineers to finally get some answers but the app and website are functional again. So now I can finally change and monitor my system from anywhere instead of always having to check the inverters. I went back from 1 star to 5, not because I think the service Panasonic has provided on this app is good but because the app is now working as intended and does what I need it to do.

### 5/5 — App is finally working again

*2024-02-13*

As of Feb 2024 the EverVolt app is working correctly again. After many back and forth with Panasonic it is finally fixed and it works as expected. The website is also fully functional again. This makes changing and monitoring the system way easier.

### 2/5 — App is broken must use inverter panel

*2024-01-19*

I’ll keep updating this review so everyone can see if it is fixed yet: Jan 18 2024, I’ve yet again been dealing with a tech and the web portal is working again but you have to select the (main) inverter. The app finally got another update but it now crashes when you login with your credentials. I’ve reported the bug so we’ll see…. To be continued

### 2/5 — Doesn’t work half the time.

*2022-05-12, version 1.10*

Almost every other day the app is not connecting to our solar array and battery. Just now it says we aren’t making any power when it is clear blue skies and we live in a open field.
