Every Loaf is a sourdough baking companion for anyone who wants to capture the stories of their breads. 
Start by easily building your own formulas with custom ingredients and hydration. Save timing templates for your favorite schedules, such as summer timing, overnight proof or winter timing with extended bulk rise. Add your starters or follow guidance to bring your first starter to a bubbly life. 

When you're ready to bake, combine a starter, with a formula and a timing: the app builds your timeline. Adjust the starting time, so the timing fits your daily schedule.

Then track every batch from start to finish: log each phase as you go, capture photos and take notes along the way. After the loaf is out of the oven, review taste, crumb and crust. Look back at what the real timing was. Use these insights to prepare for your next loaf.
Get notified when you need to check in with your starter. Rate smell, bubbles and colour of your levain.
