I use this app everyday, mainly for the Yoga Sleep meditations but I’m starting to use the guided meditations. My favourite is the Gratitude meditation which I’m using every morning to set up my day.

I’m enjoying the mindfulness and meditation guides which are adding to my knowledge. I’m enjoying learning more.

Thank you for a great app. I’m recommending it to everyone!
