I think long time customers should be able to stay on the plan they start with. I have been with it because the price is good and I get a 10% discount from Woolworths once per month by using this service, however I keep deactivating voicemail and they keep reactivating it and I have even called them before when I couldn’t deactivate it because the app wouldn’t allow me and they supposedly deactivated the voicemail but then some time later I got another voicemail. ### 1/5 — Never use the company *2026-01-27, version 8.8.3* The 2FA code never come every time when you want to login. when you got luck the 2FA code came, you switch the app to get the code, this app crash. You need to get the code again and then the app told you too much attempts and need to wait for 30 minutes. Best login experience in my life ### 1/5 — Can’t login *2026-01-27, version 8.8.3* Keeps telling me I have the wrong info but it is the correct info. Then when I click forgot password and fill in the information correctly it tells me I have an invalid phone number! Oh and they gave me a QR code to scan to download the app to get 500 bonus points.
