I’m not willing to to give anything more then my drivers license. ### 1/5 — Bad service *2026-08-25, version 2.12.0* Various errors when trying to transfer money out. Says I’m at daily transfer limit when I haven’t sent anything in almost a month, nor have I exceeded the per-transfer limit. Customer service hotline redirects to their email. Email supposed to be responded to within a business day but I am still waiting… ### 1/5 — scam *2026-07-25, version 2.11.0* this app makes you pay $1.50 to transfer YOUR OWN TIPS to your bank account. but you can use their barely functional card for free (letting them track all your purchases!) also making you submit government ID seems sketchy ### 1/5 — Poor service *2026-07-02, version 2.11.0* This company has made me wait four days to access an e-transfer, I had asked for a phone call so that we could resolve the issue faster then email, ignores my request. I asked to escalate the issue, ignores my request. If this wasn’t for work I would never use this service again. Just lack of interpersonal skills and lack of proper communication. ### 1/5 — Impossible to Receive Customer Support *2026-06-12, version 2.11.0* This app has been incredibly frustrating to deal with, and I genuinely regret joining a company that relies on it to distribute employee tips. During my first month of employment, I received no assistance despite multiple emails to Everyday Payments' support team and repeated attempts to contact their customer service line, which appeared to be completely inactive. The issue was only resolved after one of my managers intervened and contacted the company directly on my behalf. Unfortunately, the problems have continued. My account is now experiencing glitches, and funds seem to disappear without explanation. It is extremely concerning to have issues with money that I have rightfully earned, especially when support has been so difficult to access. The entire experience has been stressful, disappointing, and deeply frustrating. I truly wish this company had addressed these ongoing issues before restructuring, as the current system has just about the same amount of problems. ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2026-05-27, version 2.10.0* The app requires verification however it won’t recognize my drivers license OR my passport. I’ve tried on the app on my phone and on the web browser on my computer. My latest issue is that it won’t accept my phone number as it ‘already exists’. Their phone number is quite litterally probably one person for a company that may have 30,000 + clients in need of support. Constant issues with their internals.
