It’s says “OOPS we need to connect to the internet to download these puzzles”. I am connected to the internet. So not sure why it’s not working. I am able to use the puzzle packs tab. I have the unlimited (open) version ### 2/5 — Portrait mode only? *2024-06-29* Can't use it on iPad Pro--too awkward to turn big iPad with attached keyboard sideways! Lots of annoying features such as not being able to see what that ambiguous last word was. Fairly boring ws as they are just listed in grid ### 2/5 — Lose progress *2022-02-15* App is ok, but so frustrating that if I’m halfway through a puzzle and go back to it later all progress is lost and I have to start again! ### 3/5 — No undo function *2021-12-18* Sometimes we all mistype something, and having the ability to “undo” that typo would be appreciated. Especially when playing sudoku. It’s also annoying to always have to press the “pencil” each time you want to leave a note in a sudoku cell, versus just having the ability to switch from pencil or actual playing mode. Screen just says getting your puzzles but nothing loads. This is the second day this is happening. I am rather annoyed as I am paying for this app. **Developer response:** Hi Alex Thank you for pointing this out to us, a bug was introduced as we launched the new hint system this weekend, it has now been fixed and if you are a subscriber you won't have to pay for or watch ads to get hints and reveals for any puzzles. No alternatives. I will no longer give time to companies that try to bait and switch you.
