They use to offer extra points for spending a certain amount of money but I no longer get these offers. I see that other people do so the offers should be the same for everyone. ### 2/5 — Rewards silliness *2026-09-05, version 26.17.1* The available rewards are nonsense; insurance, origin energy, medical and pharmacy, travel insurance. If i press the button to add to wallet, it just shows loading mark and nothing happens afterwards. This seems to be happening with more apps and is just a way to force people to upgrade their phones when their old ones work perfectly fine. This placed a real dampener on the entire experience. I am just glad all the ordered products were in the bags. Password is correct. Even enter the right verification code. And it keeps saying error once logged in. Have updated, deleted everything and it never works. They simply make an excuse that they can’t contact the manufacturer of the product, which then allows them to avoids their responsibility of honouring the warranties on their products, complete scam. Stay far away from there products. No longer can we scan a product into our lists. The download to Apple Wallet is not working. Unless you have aisle access on now can no longer see that. Not user friendly at all especially for the older generation. Asked for help from a team member at a store and they found the app very hard and confusing to use. So inconvenient! So many times now I’ve had to stand in line and download over and over just to open the stupid thing. Forced to faff around and keep people waiting while I use my limited data plan to update it on my mobile when I would usually use my wifi. Get over yourselves. It’s a rewards app. Not a banking app or health records.
