### 3/5 — Crashes

*2026-07-17, version 4.4.2*

The layout has a good visual of the days meds and if they were taken. The app crashes often so it renders it pretty useless.

### 3/5 — Need longer delay options

*2026-07-03, version 4.4.2*

My previous Med minder app let me delay up to 2 hours, which would be helpful, rather than just one hour 🙏🏽

### 2/5 — Could be better

*2026-06-06, version 4.4.2*

It’s ok as a reminder but when you need to make changes it’s a bear to navigate

### 4/5 — Great, but would love more features

*2026-05-08, version 4.4.2*

I really love EveryDose for tracking my medications. I’ve gotten more consistent for sure! It’s simple to use, and I like that I can share my progress with others. The medication summary email at the end of each week is surprisingly motivating for me!

However, it would be great to have more features. It would be AMAZING if EveryDose offered support for Apple Shortcuts...preferably for free! That way I could create a shortcut on my Home Screen, Lock Screen, or even with an NFC tag to log my medications with the push of a single button (or by scanning the NFC tag I have on my “as needed” pill case). Adding Shortcuts support would be a great way to make logging medications even more frictionless. It may require setup on the user side, but I don’t mind! Alternatively, these features could be built into the app natively, which would be awesome!

Overall, EveryDose has improved my consistency with my medicine significantly, so I will continue to use it! I just really hope features will be added to make it even easier to log meds as needed.

### 5/5 — Hands down, the best med reminder app

*2026-04-12, version 4.4.2*

I’ve tried nearly half-a-dozen different apps, including Apple Health, and none compare to the ease-of-use that EveryDose offers. And they appear to offer more privacy than any of the other non-Apple options out there.

### 5/5 — 2ndary Reminders

*2026-02-28, version 4.4.2*

I don't know where I’d be without the secondary reminders

### 5/5 — Most versatile and user friendly medication reminder app

*2026-01-28, version 4.4.2*

I started using EveryDose a few years ago after trying several other medication tracking apps, and it quickly became my favorite. It’s the most complete, flexible, and intuitive app I’ve found.
As my physicians continue adjusting my prescriptions to find the best combination for my medical needs, EveryDose has been invaluable. It makes it easy to update medication changes, flags potential interactions—including over‑the‑counter drugs—and helps me stay organized through it all. I’ve also started logging my blood pressure and heart rate in the app, which lets me monitor how medication changes affect my health in real time.

### 5/5 — Enjoy App

*2026-01-26, version 4.4.2*

Love this app give details on your medication.

### 5/5 — Finally an app that works

*2026-01-18, version 4.4.1*

I’ve tried a lot of medication apps over the years, and most are either too complicated or too basic. EveryDose is the perfect balance. Clean, intuitive, and genuinely helpful without getting in the way. If you take daily medications or help care for someone who does, this app is absolutely worth downloading.

### 5/5 — Awesome app!

*2026-01-17, version 4.4.1*

Easy to set reminders and see interaction info. You can log in on multiple devices if needed. Highly recommend if you need help tracking medications.

### 5/5 — Beverly medicine

*2026-01-16, version 4.4.1*

Couldn’t have a better app

### 2/5 — Straight up scary

*2026-01-12, version 4.4.0*

I have no idea how this happened. The app was working really well for months. I got a new phone today and when I tried to login, it took me to some random woman’s information. I’m not sure what is going on, but if someone unsavory can do this and people are putting their real names and medications in, it’s really messed up

### 3/5 — Not that intuitive

*2025-12-27, version 4.3.8*

It’s not that intuitive for changing dosing times. And I don’t like that when I changed time zones by one hour it didn’t adjust automatically for the same time By that I mean when I take a pill at 8 am in the central time zone when I went to the eastern time zone it changed to taking the pill to 9am. I had to go in and make the change to the time so I was still taking the dose at 8am.

### 3/5 — Good enough

*2025-12-24, version 4.3.8*

A “good enough” app for basic medication reminders. It’s a bit slow to load though and seems to have some unnecessary and redundant screens you’re forced to go through when responding to its reminders and wanting to mark a medication as taken.

### 5/5 — A MUST HAVE APP

*2025-12-23, version 4.3.8*

It’s about the best app I have for taking medication. It reminds you when you have to take it anytime a day. It’s one of the best apps. I have to take meds. It’s a must have app. 😊

### 2/5 — ?????

*2025-12-23, version 4.3.8*

Just all of a sudden stopped working I don’t know why

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2026-07-16, version 4.4.2*

I check off pills when I take them and it keeps reminding me. I checked them off again and it keeps putting them right back in the list with more reminders.
Worthless.

### 1/5 — Good app..until all records deleted!

*2026-07-01, version 4.4.2*

App worked pretty good with no issues until I logged a dose and then couldn’t find it, so I logged it again… then saw ALL my history of medicines is gone. The only dose there is the one I logged twice. If I was older and more forgetful, this could have been really bad. Back to pen and paper for me.

### 1/5 — Fix the damn app!

*2026-06-13, version 4.4.2*

I can’t even log into the app anymore! It says insecure connection when trying to log in through social media, error with username and password! Tried to change what medication I was taking when I was logged in ERROR! ERROR ERROR ERROR! FIX IT!

### 1/5 — goes off sometimes

*2026-03-17, version 4.4.2*

I really liked this app at first, but after a while it goes off less & less. Worked and worked with it, tired of working with it. Just waisted my time.

### 1/5 — No Notifications

*2025-10-17, version 4.3.8*

This app is good - when it works. I downloaded it to remind me to take my medications. While I usually remember without it, it is supposed to be my insurance on those busy days. But I get NO notifications. This is not helpful at all.
10/16: I have not gotten notifications for three days - and my health has suffered for it. Update or pull your app off the market.

### 1/5 — Weird Timezone Feature/Bug

*2025-07-29, version 4.3.8*

I’m sure there is someone who has a need to take a medication at a really awkward time of night when they travel. However, I don’t want this feature and there is no way to turn it off.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t Truly Allow History

*2025-04-23, version 4.3.8*

This app does not allow you to input any historical medication usage before the date you download it and sign up.

### 1/5 — App is always down!

*2024-11-01, version 4.3.5*

This app always freezes and needed to be re-installed several times. They also took features away for the paid version. Can you fix your app first before you stated charging?! Poor performance for a high cost….NOT GOOD

### 1/5 — Used to be good…

*2024-10-04, version 4.3.4*

This app used to be good. I would get reminders in a regular basis all the time. Now I get NO reminders. A previous contact (about this) elicited a single response in the form of a question - with no response to my answering their question. Obviously they no longer care about their product or those who use it I will need to find another app to help me with my meds.
UPDATE: After the previous review the notifications became more regular. Guess what? They’re missing again… I sometimes get busy and forget to take my meds on time. NOT getting notifications is NOT helpful. Why should I keep an app that doesn’t do what I need?

### 1/5 — Useless! Can’t schedule more than once daily!

*2024-08-04, version 4.1.5*

I’ve used Mango Health for many years until recently, when it seems to be no longer supported. So I’m looking for a new medication app.
This one is useless, because I can’t schedule a medication to be taken more than once a day.
What’s the point of creating a med reminder app if it can’t schedule a medication that needs to be taken more than once daily?!
Was this app developed by a bunch of Gen Z’s who have never had any health issues?!
Deleted in disgust.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — So efficient & organized

*2026-08-29, version 4.5.1*

Such an organized and helpful app! Doesn’t charge you any money for the basics of the app

### 5/5 — Finally

*2026-08-19, version 4.5.0*

Finally the help I needed keeping track of my medicine routine. On the go and frequently distracted it only took one interruption and I didn’t know where I left off with my pills.

### 5/5 — EveryDosed I love this app it keeps me on track with my meds

*2026-08-06, version 4.5.0*

Is the best medication Reminder OUT THERE

### 5/5 — Updated review So helpful

*2026-08-02, version 4.4.2*

I’ve been using EveryDose for over a year, and it has become one of my favorite apps for tracking medications, peptides, vitamins, and multiple profiles. The organization and reminders have made staying on schedule much easier.

I recently noticed my account showed “Free” even though I have an active Plus subscription. I contacted support and received a personal reply within hours. They checked my account, confirmed my Plus subscription was active, explained it was a known display bug, and let me know a fix is already included in their next update.

That level of communication and transparency matters. Instead of sending an automated response, they investigated my account and explained exactly what was happening.

I appreciate developers who build a great app and stand behind it with excellent customer service. I’m happy to continue supporting EveryDose and renewing my subscription.

First review: Keeps all my meds, supplements and peptides organized with reminders, doses, cycles and interactions. The free version did what I needed it to do with I wanted to start tracking more family members I was willing to pay for the subscription. Never pressured me with Ads or subscription. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is the data base didn’t have peptides. PLUS side, it still let me enter them for tracking. Win win

### 5/5 — Amazing app to help simplify my life

*2026-07-19, version 4.4.2*

My son had a bad accident on a side by side and broke his femur and bone in his body he is on six different meds and this has been a major help seeing as they have to be every three hour different meds and I have little time to sleep and don’t want to mess them up or forget.

### 5/5 — Love the app

*2026-07-02, version 4.4.2*

Super helpful for helping me to take my meds, and it showed me an interaction that both my doctors did not know about because they each prescribed a pill that interacts with the other

### 5/5 — My BFF

*2026-06-09, version 4.4.2*

EveryDose is my medication BFF. I only take one daily med and one weekly, but this app reminds me every time. Without it, I would skip doses and not have tracking info. It’s super easy to use and I highly recommend if you are forgetful like me.

### 5/5 — AMAZING APP FOR MEDICATION!!

*2026-05-23, version 4.4.2*

it always reminds you more than once, and if you’re forgetful, you can mark if you took it that day or not so you don’t accidentally overdose

### 5/5 — Fantastic App

*2026-05-07, version 4.4.2*

Really helps you maintain accuracy with the dispensary of your medication.

### 5/5 — Meds on time

*2026-04-30, version 4.4.2*

If it weren’t for this app, I would miss doses of my medication on time, which would screw my system up even worse
