## What is EveryLastMile?

EveryLastMile is the privacy-first mileage tracker that runs itself. Track every mile automatically. Save every dollar. Your drives never leave your iPhone.

Personal drives stay on your phone. Your home, your kids' school, your doctor's office. Business drives are yours to export: an IRS-compliant mileage log, ready for your Schedule C tax deduction.

Start with 30 days free. No credit card.

HOW IT WORKS

There's nothing to start. The app watches for driving and logs each trip automatically: start address, end address, route, distance, duration. Every drive starts personal, so you only tap the business ones. Most days there's nothing to review. At tax time, export the whole log in two taps.

WHAT YOU GET

- Automatic drive detection that keeps working in tunnels and other GPS dead zones
- Personal by default. One tap confirms a business drive
- Color-coded routes and place names, so you recognize each drive at a glance
- Home Screen widgets showing your potential mileage deduction at IRS standard rates
- Siri Shortcuts to classify drives without opening the app
- The right IRS rate on every drive, matched to its date. Includes the 2026 mid-year change (72.5¢ before July 1, 76¢ after) and rates back to 2021
- IRS-compliant PDF and CSV exports for Schedule C, 1099, or reimbursements
- Multi-vehicle support and saved business locations
- Drive notes for client meetings and audit prep
- Split, join, and multi-select to clean up your mileage log in seconds
- The whole app in Spanish

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Your drive data lives on your iPhone. By architecture, not by policy. No server stores your driving history.

- Every drive, address, and classification lives on your iPhone
- Optional iCloud backup uses your own Apple account
- No ad SDKs, no Facebook pixel, no Google Analytics, no data brokers
- You can turn off product analytics in Settings
- Apple Maps and Mapbox see coordinates only, never your identity
- Your drive history isn't tied to your subscription

BUILT FOR

Rideshare drivers (Uber, Lyft) and delivery drivers (DoorDash, Instacart, Amazon Flex, Grubhub, Uber Eats). Real estate agents tracking showings. Sales reps logging territory miles. Therapists, lawyers, and consultants tracking client meetings. Freelancers, contractors, and small business owners tracking business miles. Anyone deducting business miles on Schedule C, Form 2106, or 1099 income.

PRICING

After your 30-day free trial:

The mileage tracker that runs itself. EveryLastMile logs every drive automatically. You just drive, and only tap the business ones. Every drive stays on your iPhone. Never our servers.

New in 1.5.0: your deduction now uses the right IRS rate for every drive, matched to its date. The IRS split 2026 into two business rates: 72.5¢ before July 1, 76¢ after. We apply the split for you. Rates go back to 2021, in case your log does too. Also new: Home Screen widgets, Siri Shortcuts for classifying drives, and the whole app now speaks Spanish.

### 1.4.3 — 2026-07-15

The mileage tracker that runs itself. EveryLastMile logs every drive automatically — you just drive, and only tap the business ones. Your deduction adds up at IRS rates, ready for Schedule C. And every drive stays on your iPhone — never our servers.

New in 1.4.3: we now speak Spanish — ¡ya está en español! — plus faster launches and a smoother Home screen.

### 1.3.0 — 2026-06-23

Open the app and your deduction total is right there, front and center — no menus, no digging. It adds up at IRS rates as you drive, with your recent drives a glance away.

Everything else works the way it always has: EveryLastMile logs every business mile automatically, quietly in the background, so you can forget it's even on. You just drive. And every drive stays on your iPhone — never our servers.

We're not here to fight for your attention. We'd rather handle the boring part quietly and leave the rest of your day to you.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-06-15

EveryLastMile catches every business mile automatically, classifies your routine drives for you, totals your deduction on the home screen, and exports an IRS-ready log in two taps. Everything stays on your iPhone to keep your data your own.

New in this version: new logo, new onboarding flow to get you driving in fewer taps, improved tracker accuracy, notification flexibility with quiet hours, business hours can account for holidays, and trial expiration grace period. Try it free for 30 days.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-05-15

- Routes are more accurate at following roads, especially at the start of your drives.
- New notification options: drive recaps, weekly summaries, deduction milestones, tax-season reminders. Keep what's useful, mute the rest. Quiet hours included.
