How you can release an app without basic functionality like this is astonishing. The PTs actually joke about how bad this is, how about you pay someone actually qualified to fix it! I’ve tried emitting and no help on that. You are paying for a membership and a PT. It ended up deleting the password for the gym app itself and had to get staff to unlock my account twice just to scan in to gain access to the gym!
