Every so often has a glitch where it shows the loading screen then goes off. I have to delete and reinstall to resolve the issue but then lose my access to all three local gyms and have to reenroll each time. More often than not, I’m having to uninstall and then reinstall the app to get the sport passport to work though at the moment, 4th August, it’s not working at all. It doesn't. Sends you round in circles, shows everything except the thing I need. Awful UI, terrible functionality. Needs an overhaul. ### 1/5 — First time *2026-08-11, version 110.79* Wanted to take the grandkids in to the new pool that we’ve been so looking forward to visiting. Felt like a pretty straightforward idea. But we found the process of getting tickets a bit of a nightmare. Not familiar with the pool arrangements, as a first timer, we fumbled our way through the many options and managed eventually to book a Family session. Using the booking on arrival then proved pretty clunky to us and we tried to apply the technology, but failed and had to be let in by the helpful counter staff. Starting in the ‘wrong’ pool, we switched, only to be stopped by the person with a whistle, who explained that we were not allowed to move to a different pool. Once we explained our booking was actually for the larger pool we were let in. The water temp in the larger pool was actually too cold for our 4 year old granddaughter so my wife took her back to the warmer pool, only to be stopped again. After speaking with them, the situation was then escalated to a Manager, who carefully outlined the strict ratios of swimmers to lifeguards. After waiting for two swimmers to exit they were then allowed to get back in the water. So not a great first experience, but hopefully it’ll get easier next time? We now feel we understand the rules and restrictions a bit better, but what started out as a simple fun idea to ‘take the grandkids swimming’ turned in to a tougher experience. Given we live locally and have paid for this ‘progress’, we were left with mixed feelings - a trip to the swimming pool used to be such simple fun. ### 1/5 — Not working after 10pm *2026-08-10, version 110.79* This is a common issue for years now and it will be reason not to renew my membership again! After 10pm the app is not working and says “configuration pending” You end up not being able to cancel any classes for the following morning and have to pay the late cancellation fee (unless you wake up in the middle of the morning ) It feels like this a Money Trap by Everyone Active to make it so difficult so people end up paying cancellation fees! So frustrating as I gave this feedback for years! I think they do this specifically to make money by disabling you to cancel your class the following morning. Appalling app!
