Needed to travel to New York to visit my sister and she fell so I had an unexpected extended stay. The team was able to transfer my script and have it shipped from a legal licensed NY pharmacy. Only positive things to say!! ### 5/5 — Thank you for making this effective treatment available. *2023-07-24, version 1.11* Ketamine infusions are required in most NYC clinics in order to obtain an Rx for nasal spray or troches. The infusions, often multiple, cost $4-6000. It’s primarily a service industry for Wall Street etc but not offered in standard clinics despite its long acknowledged efficacy. Thanks you Dr. D. Medicine is no longer about health care and private equity continues to chip away at basic ethical principles. You app is great. ### 5/5 — Ketamine Treatment for Brain Lesions *2023-07-23, version 1.11* I have been dealing with debilitating symptoms due to my brain lesions for 7 years now. Ketamine therapy is the first medicine I found that actually gives me clarity the day after a session. It’s been a complete life changer for me. My symptoms are double vision, blurred vision, extreme fatigue, extreme brain fog, memory loss and coordination issues and by doing these treatments at night the following day I feel completely normal. It’s truly a miracle, right when I was about to give up hope I found something that helps tremendously. I owe a great deal of gratitude to everyone’s MD! Would recommend! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Avoid at all costs *2024-12-22, version 1.28* On December 16, 2024, I paid for a video consultation service with Everyone’s MD. The website stated that the typical wait time for seeing a doctor was 15-30 minutes. After waiting for four days with no doctor appearing, I was told by the customer service agent that the doctor favors regular clients, despite my place in the queue. When pressed further, I was told the doctor attempted to call me six times, which was untrue as there were no missed calls. I was repeatedly offered a refund, which I did not want. Despite my insistence on receiving the service, Everyone’s MD refused to provide it and issued an unwanted refund on December 20, 2024. This constitutes a breach of contract under California law. Additionally, reviews from other customers reflect similar patterns of delays, favoritism, and frequent refunds instead of services being provided. Furthermore, when I used their service in the past, I was shocked by the lack of supervision regarding how I was doing on the medication. I was easily prescribed high doses of Ketamine, which could prove lethal if used incorrectly or without proper monitoring. I was prescribed 200mg of Ketamine, and the first time I used it, I genuinely thought I was going to die. I believe Everyone's MD is incredibly careless with their patients and behaves more like a drug dealer than a legitimate medical facility. ### 1/5 — Disorganized, poor quality and continuity of service. *2024-07-03, version 1.25* The first few months went very well working with Everyone’s MD. Pretty straightforward process to receive a prescription. However, they haven’t been able to provide consistent service, a consistent pharmacy nor a consistent prescription dosage. My medication amount has varied widely from 30 mL/ month to 45 mL a month back down to 30, then up to 45 and then down to 17mL/ month. Dr Epstein has also displayed complete disregard for how an inconsistent dose effects my therapeutic sessions. I am a firefighter/EMT dealing with PTSD and frankly I cannot recommend this company. I understand there are growing pains in the business, but they are not prioritizing patient wellness and the relationship to the patient. ### 1/5 — Buyer Beware! *2023-10-11, version 1.14* Downloaded after reading an article about the company and the founder. Everything at first was slick and shiny until it came time to deliver. After downloading the app got an appointment with a doc in minutes, wasn’t expecting that. And in less than 10 minutes had a prescription. I was charged $75 for the doc visit, $80 for the prescription and $99 for a subscription, which I wasn’t aware of.None of their advertising clearly sites that subscription fee. I was told by the doc I would receive my prescription immediately. Under order status it said in a weeks time, that date has hence changed 3 times. Now it’s more than 2 weeks since my doc visit and my prescription has yet to ship. But I’ve been charged for shipment! As for customer service, there is none. Contacted the number and no response. Not sure if I’ve been scammed or should just sit tight. Skip this one, not worth the aggravation to save a $100 or so dollars. ### 1/5 — Stealing money *2023-03-09, version 1.5* This doctor has lost his license. Don’t download *2023-02-02, version 1.4* Useless as it only works in California so don’t bother downloading, installing, filling out all the information only to be dumped out of the app with a screen that says only serving California. They should advertise only operating in one state rather than deceit by omission, to collect contact information and demographics from prospective future customers. They should be banned and thrown off Apple for fraud and failure to disclose. ### 2/5 — Okay product terrible and negligent customer support *2024-01-13, version 1.18* I received this product late and I ended up getting side effects from the medication. When I went to call the cancel the past 3 days in a row they don’t pick up the phone and I left a message and no response. Such terrible customer service do not use. ### 4/5 — Its real and its here. *2023-07-17, version 1.10* After being quoted 6k for Ketamine infusions by my psychiatrist and needing a ride to and from the facility each time, I felt defeated and a little hopeless again. Upon randomly discovering the website and this accompanying app, I saw a doctor same day and meds were delivered in around 7-10 business days. The total cost for me was 250$ and the therapy was nothing short of life-changing. I cannot recommend Ketamine therapy enough for people with severe depression/anxiety like me as I’ve tried every conventional medication possible. The company is family-owned and please text the number if you have any issues because there’s a real person on the end of the line who cares and helps u with the logistics. My doctor has worked with me for months using a combination of nasal spray and the “troches”. This treatment has opened up my world in ways I never imagined possible. A very important point in my journey towards managing my own care at home was being able to work with a doc that lets me work with both the nasal and oral routes of administration to dial in what is best for my condition. All out of a dope home like setting complete w pool and hot tub and lockers. The club is epic and all included in the 99.99 a month. Dr. D is running for President and going to win in a landslide. The babes of America have spoken and he literally travels with 2-5 smoking hot girlfriends who all most definitely sleep in the same bed. It’s rumored Dr. D has out done Pablo’s Hippopotamus farm in Columbia and has brought Raptors back from the Jurassic period in a clandestine laboratory in Columbia and now a quorum of Velociraptors patrols the grounds of whatever compound he resides in. This telemedicine platform offers a seamless and convenient healthcare experience that I never thought possible. While the iPhone app has a few bugs; it’s definitely improving over time as the platform grows.
