## What is everyPilot?

everyPilot is a pilot logbook for students through airline captains. It works fully offline, needs no account with us, and keeps your logbook on your phone and, if you like, in your own iCloud.

LOG FAST
• Fly now: tap Out, Off, On and In as they happen, from the Lock Screen too, and the flight is ready to save with block, air and night time.
• Next leg: start the next flight with the same aircraft and crew in one swipe.
• More than 60 fields, with presets for student, private, airline and instructor pilots.
• Out, off, on and in times, block and air time, crew, and your own custom fields.
• Local times read at each airport's own clock, or log everything in UTC.

LET THE PHONE DO THE WORK
• GPS flight recorder: out, off, on and in times, landings, route and profile. Works in airplane mode.
• Night time, night take-offs and night landings worked out from the sun along your route, with 72,000 airports built in.
• Paper logbook to digital: photograph a handwritten page and have it read, then check every row against the page's own totals. Typing it in next to the photo works offline too.
• ACARS and OOOI times read from a photo, and track files (GPX, KML, CSV) turned into flights.

FOR AIRLINE PILOTS
• Roster import from crew calendar links, files and pasted roster text. Re-importing shows what changed.
• Planned flights stay out of your totals until flown, then log in one tap.
• Duty and rest limits for 21 rule sets, including FAA Part 117, 121, 135 and 91K, EASA, the UK and Canada, or your airline's own rules.
• A legality check of your roster before the trip.
• Application check: finds what recruiters question, such as PIC and SIC on the same leg, simulator time in your totals or one type written two ways, with one-tap fixes where the answer is clear.
• Pay and per diem estimates from your own rates.

STAY CURRENT
• Currency for day and night passengers, IFR, night vision goggles, flight review and medical, plus your own: company, insurance and personal minimums.
• Maintenance for the aircraft you fly: annual, 100-hour, transponder, ELT and more, due by date or by hours.
• Reminders before a medical, rating or currency runs out, and before your report time.
• Logbook check-up: finds overlaps, duplicates and night time that doesn't match the sun, with one-tap fixes.

INSTRUCTORS AND STUDENTS
• All 96 FAA AC 61-65K endorsements.
• Instructors and examiners sign on the phone; signing locks the entry. Remote signing by QR code or file.

REPORTS AND PRINTING
• FAA 8710-1 / IACRA totals, insurance history, licence progress and an airline application worksheet.
• Printable logbooks in the formats of 17 countries and authorities, or on the columns of popular paper logbooks.
• Ask your logbook questions in plain words, answered on your phone.
• Your year in review and your milestones, from first solo to around the world.

YOUR DATA, YOUR WAY
• No account with us and no servers. We never receive your flights.
• Sync to your own iCloud or WebDAV server, on your schedule.
• Import from other logbook apps and CSV files, with every column total checked before anything is saved.
• Export to CSV and other logbook apps' formats, and make full backups, any time, free.
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets and a Live Activity for your duty day and Fly now.
• Adjustable text size, dark and night (flight deck) themes.

PRICE
Download free and log up to 100 flights. A one-time purchase unlocks unlimited logging. No subscription. Viewing, printing, exporting and backups are always free.

PLEASE NOTE
everyPilot is a record-keeping tool, not approved flight-planning or flight-time-limitation software. Check its calculations against your regulations, your operator's manuals and your own records.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.2.0 — 2026-10-24

What's new in 1.2.0
• Recurrent training (Progress › Airline): proficiency check, simulator course, line check, ground school, dangerous goods and captains' leadership training, each with its base month and grace month (14 CFR 121.401(b)). Captain or first officer intervals, or your airline's own cycle.
• Checkride countdown on Today: days to go and how ready you are.
• How alert were you? Rate each duty at report and release on the Samn-Perelli scale; Duty & rest shows your trend.
• Your own notes on every airport: the crew hotel, food, where the shuttle leaves.
• A Pilot Records Database reminder in Airline applications.
• Instructor signatures show the recent experience date (RE).
• Fixes: an older copy of an item no longer shows as expired; a local flight counts once on the airport card.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-10-24

New in 1.1:
• Checkride readiness: every FAA practical test prerequisite checked against your logbook, with what to bring and a PDF packet for your examiner.
• ACS tasks: grade what you worked on each lesson and see where you stand on every task, with the tolerances to fly.
• Knowledge tests: your score, the ACS codes you missed, and how long the result counts.
• At your pace: when you'll meet each requirement if you keep flying as you have lately.
• Training cost, instructor recent experience, airline applications and interview stories.
• Airline pilots: the 100 hours of line flying after your checkride, and your 1,000 hours toward captain.
• Sport pilot as a goal, and BasicMed.
• Fixed: right after installing, saving something could fail while the airport list loaded.
