## What is EverySession?

EverySession is the all-in-one app for university clubs and societies.

Members can stay up to date with their club, view upcoming sessions and events, manage bookings and passes, receive announcements, and switch easily between the clubs they belong to.

Club committees can manage day-to-day operations from one place, including:

• Sessions and recurring training
• Events and club activities
• Member requests, roles and contact details
• Announcements and notifications
• Club pages, branding and advertisements
• Bookings and attendance
• Session passes and eligible club payments

EverySession is designed to make university club life simpler for both members and committees, replacing scattered chats, spreadsheets and forms with one organised place for everything your club needs.

Whether you're joining your first club or helping run one, EverySession keeps your club activity easy to find and easy to manage.
