Waiting for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) can be challenging. Whether you're on a waiting list or preparing for your first session, our app is designed to support you during this important time. Learn the foundations of CBT in an engaging, accessible way—one day at a time.

What is CBT?
CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. It’s one of the most effective therapies for anxiety, depression, and many other mental health challenges.

This app is not a replacement for therapy—but a guided introduction to help you better understand what CBT is, what to expect from your sessions, and how to get the most out of them.

Daily Learning, at Your Pace
Each day, you’ll be invited to complete a short activity designed to introduce you to CBT concepts and skills. Activities may include:

Short, engaging videos explaining core CBT principles
Podcasts and audio guides featuring tips and real-life stories
Interactive quizzes to reinforce what you’ve learned

Whether you have 5 minutes or 15, these daily activities are simple, practical, and designed to build your confidence before therapy begins.

Reflect & Revisit
Make the experience your own:

### 1/5 — Frustrating

*2026-06-10*

When it says ‘short activity’ it really does mean short and you also only get access to material once a day. So far I’ve just found it frustrating because this was pitched to me as a bit of a lifeline whilst waiting 42 weeks on the NHS for an appointment. Bitterly disappointed. So far I can’t even go back and access anything it’s shown me so far either so I’m just desperate for support and it’s not giving me any
