There is so much information used by us pros in this app it’s hard to imagine using anything else. One slight miss is not showing the current location on the radar map, making it hard to track oncoming storms. It is so much more accurate than Apple stock weather app. I also needed something for the Apple Watch, which this provides some really nice features. I have no problem supporting a developer especially one working so hard on this app. I do wish it was a little bit cheaper but I do understand the cost of perspective of things. I’m currently utilizing the three day trial with no charge on the pro until the third which I find very nice. The radar and layout of the UI is very good so I do absolutely see the value even in the $35 for his annual. The graphs and charts are some of the best I have seen in a weather app or website. A very easy-to-use interface, a free version that has what I need, with a weather source highly recommended in the US (NWS), minimal data tracking (none linked to the user), and a way to submit feedback that actually gets seen. I’m happy to have it as my weather app. ### 5/5 — The Best Weather App *2026-06-16, version 1.4.36* This app is genuinely beautiful on top of providing probably some of the more accurate weather data for my area. The most important stuff is provided. Still hoping we get some new app icons soon. Features are getting paywalled that were once free. Leading to developers driving the fear of missing out on the users. If you want weather data in the USA, just visit the NWS website at this point, as this app used to be a great mobile application UI version of it but now it’s just cluttered, and expensive. All these “subscriptions” add up and if every developer expected every app user to pay to use the basic functions, people would be spending well over the price of rent and utilities per month on all the apps they regularly use. Paywalled = Uninstalled. **Developer response:** Hello, to be clear, absolutely nothing that was free has been paywalled at all. You can still access all of the NWS forecasts and products absolutely free. ### 2/5 — Wrong Weather Report *2025-05-07, version 1.0.5* App is generally very good but in last 3 days has listed snow or heavy rain for our area. No sexualized ads as most weather or news apps *2026-08-26, version 1.6.0* Literally just downloaded it and it’s wayyy better than my local KPLC 7 news app. It’s riddled with overly sexual advertisements when you are just trying to see the….weather Pretty disgusting how things are going now days. what if a kid sees that? Sinful is all it is. Anyways I absolutely appreciate yall for not having that on your app and showing the true weather. Plus like shows the sun and solar stuff and all types of stuff I didn’t even know you could see. I’ll never go back to any other weather app. Straight forward and focused on ONLY weather. Well worth the money! ### 5/5 — Outstanding Weather App *2026-08-09, version 1.5.6* One of my favorite features is the Alert Feature for Warnings. Customizable including adjustable settings for criteria based off the NWS warning tags. Not a ding on the app, but the National Weather Service going to have to stay after updating their NDFD grid forecast so the upcoming 1-6 hours looks reflective of reality. Too many times the temperatures and chance of rain aren’t updated quick enough at the NWS office leaving the very short term forecast looking dated and way off. If the weather is quiet, usually not a big deal. If NWS is going to brief partners on the near term more than ever, the grids and public facing products that spell down to apps and partner briefings and products need to be up to date for both. 5 of 5 rating. Great radar display, satellite, and more. The app is built by somebody that understands every product and display due to their professional experience. ### 5/5 — The legit weather app *2026-08-04, version 1.5.5* With NWS forecasts integrated in, this is the most reliable forecast you will get. The interface is great and easy to navigate. I love the addition of extra products, like climate and station data. I’ve even been able to add my personal weather station to the observation. I checked EverythingWeather app and it told me to watch out for severe thunderstorms. Thus I expected severe thunderstorms. My area received multiple lightning strikes within the predicted timeline of EverythingWeather’s data. Thus I deleted Apple’s weather app. I don’t need to be gas lighted on weather.
