My Home Screen doesn’t show the expenses total because it is cut off and I keep having to restore my purchase to get the categories to show. I hope these get fixed otherwise I probably will have to find another option. ### 3/5 — Great, But Doesn’t Work Sometimes *2025-10-10, version 2.11.0* I used this app religiously for so long, but lately when I open it up, it won’t get past the opening screen and I can’t actually access my budget. It’s really a shame because I loved the simplicity of it. Lately it doesn’t even fully load. I think it’s worth having a few extra categories. My worst complaint is I am paying for a subscription and when I went to go to the app, it deleted all my data. Months of budgeting from the past and for future. I’ll stop the subscription now because who wants to pay for something with worry that it gets deleted. ### 3/5 — Category Layout *2025-06-28, version 2.11.0* This budgeting app is better than the other ones I’ve found. However, it could really use a category layout feature. When I’m looking at my categories, I sometimes forget what I charged to that category. Having somewhere where you click each category and it gives you a layout of what expenses were charged to that account would be very useful. I have the year subscription but because it lacks this one feature, I’m not sure if I’ll continue to use or suggest use to anyone else. It would also be beneficial if the category was put underneath each transaction with the date. Next day at 9:45 the calls, texts, and emails flood in. Literally hundreds. All coming to this email I haven’t used in years, but also to my personal phone number. All about homeowners insurance. ### 4/5 — Very simple and easy BUT *2025-04-14, version 2.11.0* My con with the premium version is that once you enter an expense, you cannot change anything with it without deleting and re-entering it. I that this app is simple to use and really allows to customize dates. It fell short on being able to connect my bank account. After many unsuccessful attempts over a few days I decided to cancel my subscription. The free version seems to be fine, just has a few quirks regarding setup. I was happy to pay the subscription fee. Now, when I try to log on, the app completely closes. In the must recent IOS upgrade (using iPhone 16) the app no longer loads. Have also experienced a number of other recent bugs relating to the app loading and/or logging in. This is now a complete waste of subscription money and now I also have no way to access my data. In the past I’ve emailed and tried to contact the developer re bugs but they’re non responsive. It gives me budget peace and I love it. Monthly budget doesn’t really work for me especially with the carry over and I get frustrated but this app has helped me. I get paid biweekly and am living paycheck to paycheck (like most people nowadays), so I appreciate that you can budget biweekly to align with my pay periods.
