## What is Evevo?

Organizing football on Wednesdays, a weekly hockey game, or Sunday family lunch? Stop scrolling through endless group chats trying to figure out who's actually coming. Evevo makes group attendance simple: create an event, share one ID, and everyone votes with a single tap.

No registration. No email. Just enter your name and you're in.

1. Create an event — one-time or recurring (e.g. Monday 6 PM + Wednesday 7 PM).
2. Share the event ID (like #FOOTBALL-WEDNESDAY) with your group.
3. Members join with the ID and vote: Going, Maybe, or Not Going.
4. Everyone sees the headcount in real time — no more guessing.

Set up events that repeat on multiple days and times each week. Choose weekly, bi-weekly, or up to every four weeks — future dates are generated automatically.

DEFAULT VOTE
Always show up to training? Set a default vote and it applies to every future session automatically. Override any single date whenever plans change.

ONE CLEAR OVERVIEW
Your home screen shows every upcoming session across all your groups, sorted chronologically and grouped by week. See the headcount and your own vote at a glance.

SEE WHO'S COMING
Open any session to see exactly who's Going, Maybe, Not Going, or hasn't responded yet — with their notes.

SMART REMINDERS
Get notified before each event (24h, 12h, 2h, or 30 min ahead — your choice). Push notifications keep you posted when an admin changes or cancels a session.

LOCATION & DIRECTIONS
Add a location by searching for it. Members tap the map to open navigation and get directions instantly.

PRIVATE OR OPEN
Protect an event with a PIN, or keep it open so anyone with the ID can join.

ADMIN CONTROLS
Edit event details, cancel or restore a session (with an optional message), manage members and roles, and send a targeted message to specific members — like just the people who said "Going."

Evevo doesn't ask for your email, phone number, or password. You pick a display name and start using the app immediately. Change your name anytime in Settings.
