### 3/5 — WAS great

*2026-09-05, version 7.0.0*

Idk what changed but seems much longer to get the payout. Still wish I could sync the Trek Ride app

### 2/5 — Used to be Better

*2026-09-02*

I’ve had this app for years, and use it faithfully everyday. Until around maybe even a year ago now I would be able to cash out around every 6 months. You got much more points for doing things like walking, it was based on how far you walked so more steps = more points. Likely because they were having to pay people a lot more than they liked they changed it. Everything is a flat points rate so you can get 40 a day with everyday stuff and 3 per day with daily check in. You do the math. This more than doubled the time it takes to get the $10, which is the whole incentive of using this app really. I mean whether you walk one step then stay in bed all day or run a marathon you get the same amount of points. How is that helpful? They do have great articles and it is interesting to see how things like activity changes based on mood changes (if you’re faithful to track those things), but honestly it’s not fun to use anymore and this change really doesn’t incentivize health like I said (which is supposed to be the point).

Update on 9/2/26: Just redeemed my reward and every option except donating to charity or getting an eVisa card takes $1 away from you $10 prize. The app informs you that PayPal MAY take 6%, but it’s 10%, and not just paypal (bank transfer, venmo, it’s all the same). So not only does it take a stupidly long time to get the $10, now you’re not even getting $10! And the articles aren’t worth points anymore so I honestly never read them

### 3/5 — Can’t claim reward

*2026-09-01, version 6.46.2*

Love the app. Except can’t claim reward

### 3/5 — it’s nice…

*2026-08-30, version 6.46.1*

it’s getting a little too personal. I understand the objective of wanting to do surveys and what not. I just wish there were more ways to gain points instead of surveys.

### 2/5 — It’s changed.

*2026-08-29, version 6.46.1*

Once loved using this app with lots of informative reading for points. No longer available. Only 3 basic daily questions offered! 😏

### 4/5 — “My health” data visualization less useful than it used to be

*2026-08-26, version 6.44.0*

The very tiny bar graphs on the “my health” screen aren’t as easy to read as the graphs in older versions of the app. And it’s harder to mark insights as “read.” This part of the app is now a little less helpful than it was as a result. Otherwise, good app.

### 3/5 — Lacking Support

*2026-08-25, version 6.44.0*

I’ve been using the Evidation app for last 10 years, I love the health accountability, and the option for health programs that pertain to me. There is an option to get a monthly report in the “My Health” tab. I share those with my provider and she loves the data. On a few occasions they haven’t been available. I understand technology and this happens, when I reach out customer service has been responsive. This month I reached out and got an answer, tried the tips reached back or and it’s been crickets. I don’t know what has happened with customer support but it lacks SUPPORT. I know you are capable of better.

### 1/5 — Scam app

*2026-08-18, version 6.44.0*

Used to redeem rewards couple times, but this time once I reached 10,000 points it magically doesn’t save my phone number right so I can’t redeem points . Contacting support didn’t help either. They collect your health data and don’t allow to redeem points just because they can! Don’t recommend! Avoid using the app.

### 1/5 — Redeem function is broken

*2026-08-17, version 6.44.0*

Tried to redeem my rewards last week and I keep getting an error message that they can’t send a verification code to the number associated with the account. I checked my account details but there’s no way to update the number. Contacted support twice and still waiting for them to fix this. You owe me $10 Evidation!!!

### 1/5 — Fitbit

*2026-08-15, version 6.43.0*

Fitbit had to switch to Google Health. Why I can’t import Google Health I don’t understand why I’ve had six months of stats that have not been uploaded.

### 2/5 — Can’t redeem

*2026-08-15, version 6.43.0*

I’m trying to redeem my points but their system is not allowing me to add my phone number. Every time I tried it adds a 0 to my area code and it’s all wrong. Without confirming my number I can’t redeem anything. I’ve tried contacting support and they haven’t reach out.

### 3/5 — Can't access my account

*2026-08-14, version 6.43.0*

I lost access to my email that is associated with my Evidation account. When trying to change to a new email address, it sends a verification to the email address I no longer have access to. Really needs to send a code via text for issues like this.

### 3/5 — Used to love, but app changes made it hard to love

*2026-08-13, version 6.43.0*

I used to love this app when Fitbit was Fitbit and actually connected with the app, but now that it changed to Google, it doesn’t connect anymore. Very frustrating

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2026-08-12, version 6.43.0*

I have tried to sign up multiple times and I keep receiving unauthorized, must have a valid email I have tried to sign in using my Apple account, my Facebook account, multiple email addresses that I have, and none of them seem to work, which makes no sense.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — New smart watch to add to earn points

*2026-09-04, version 7.0.0*

8/20/2026

I have an AMAZFIT BALANCE 2 smartwatch that I would like to have added to the list to earn points. I would very much like to install the ZEPP APP or the app that is available for the Amazfit smartwatches

### 1/5 — Points redemption

*2026-09-03, version 6.46.2*

Can’t redeem points. I put in a ticket and Arlen responded but nothing has been done.

### 1/5 — Can’t sign up

*2026-09-02, version 6.46.2*

Tried making an account using my apple account. I selected the hide my email option and the app said it needed to see my email. I then try making an account with my google account and it says the same thing even though that’s not a hidden email.

### 1/5 — ????

*2026-08-31, version 6.46.1*

It hasn't been working for weeks

### 1/5 — Support nonexistent

*2026-08-28, version 6.46.0*

You can’t claim a reward because the feature is stuck and broken. The phone number can’t be updated and will default to having a zero. When you redeem, it asks you to contact support. Support said they were working on it but it is not two weeks and attempts to reach them is not successful. Would not recommend this app.

### 1/5 — No Communication

*2026-08-27, version 6.46.0*

I have been trying to redeem my points for a long time. Support is basically nonexistent at this point. I strongly recommend deleting if they do not do what they say.

### 1/5 — Unauthorized

*2026-08-27, version 6.45.0*

*snorts on a laugh* Just as bad as FB. Apparently I’m just not a real person. Very frustrated because all I want is to be able to use some apps to help with my health and fitness and some socializing. But no, that’s too much to ask—apparently. What am I? Pinocchio?!

### 1/5 — Redeem no longer working

*2026-08-24, version 6.44.0*

Have been using this app for a while and have redeemed points multiple times. When I went to redeem this time it says phone number is invalid and to try again later. Have messaged support multiple times to no avail. Obviously they just want your information but not to follow with rewards anymore.

### 1/5 — New smart watch to add to earn points

*2026-08-20, version 6.44.0*

8/20/2026

I have an AMAZFIT BALANCE 2 smartwatch that I would like to have added to the list to earn points.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2026-08-18, version 6.44.0*

Took 3 months and hard work to get my steps in with this app only to come to try and redeem for a gift card and their system won’t allow it. Support was useless no matter what device I did it on. Based on the other reviews I see, lately they don’t seem to be honoring their word

### 5/5 — One of the best apps

*2026-09-01, version 6.46.2*

My only gripe is that the signup/connection for EHR doesn’t include my healthcare provider. That needs to be expanded. But overall, this app is easy surveys and an easy way to get paid for walking and bike riding.
