App crashes every time you try to upload something ### 1/5 — Can’t get access! *2022-09-16* Despite using correct domain name, username and password I can’t access this app! If I try to use the forgot password form, I get an error message! I’ve deleted the app and tried to re download it and still can’t get access. Hopefully this problem will be resolved soon as it would be handy to have this app on my phone! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Fix the videos at least *2025-03-31* Videos don’t play in full screen. UI is bad. Comments awful. Notifications are not usable once a day and have no clue where comments were left. UI is super old like 10 years ago. Slow. Uploading not intuitive. Items won’t publish and just show as draft, no option to attempt to republish either. When uploading pictures the app just crashes and closes itself. It takes me 4/5 attempts to post anything. Disappointing start as it looks good when it works. ### 2/5 — Very Glitchy *2023-02-17* I contacted the customer support team previously to say things weren’t working, which were put down to me not being on the latest iOS software, but the glitches are back again. Having used Tapestry at a previous setting I feel this is a very poor version that needs a lot of work to be on a par. ### 2/5 — App keeps crashing *2022-11-14* Our school has been using this for a little while. It crashed regularly. Often as soon as I try to load a photo the app just shuts down & I can’t do anything about it. It’s infuriating. It’s also annoying that you can’t post a text description with the evidence. Any explanation we want to make has to be done as a comment below. ### 2/5 — Not great *2022-10-30* My daughter’s day care has recently switched from Tapestry to Evidence For Learning and I wish they hadn’t! This app is hugely inferior in terms of usability. You can’t scroll through the photos by simply swiping or tapping, you have to use the back button each time and re-select from the thumbnails attached to the observation note. This is frustrating when wanting to view multiple pictures connected to one observation. I also do not see a way of adding notes or my own observations like I could on Tapestry. So far, really not impressed. Appears to have been put together by an amateur. ### 2/5 — It’s an ok app, but keeps crashing *2022-09-08* The app is ok. Easy to navigate. But it keeps crashing on iPhone13-ios15 I can’t add more than one picture, if I try add another one to the same evidence it crashes. Sometimes I can’t even add one as it will crash too.
