## What is Evident?

You know the body you want. Evident builds the plan that gets you there and tells you exactly what to lift, every set, until the mirror agrees.

Pick your dream physique from real ones. Answer a few questions about your days, your equipment, and where you're starting. Evident drafts your split, your calorie and protein targets, and a starting weight for every lift. Then it runs the whole thing for you, session after session.

ONE NUMBER TO BEAT

Every lift gets one flat rep target. Beat it on your last set and the weight goes up next session. Miss it and you get another shot at the same load. No rep ranges, no spreadsheets, no wondering whether it's working. The weight climbs because you earned it, and you get to watch it climb.

BUILT FOR THE LOOK

• A split built around your dream body, your schedule, and your equipment
• Full gym, dumbbell, and bodyweight plans
• Full and Quick session lengths, plus a lighter Chill day when you need one
• Starting weights estimated for you, then learned from what you actually lift
• Rest timed for you, set to set
• Exercise setup, form cues, and demo videos
• Live progress on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island
• An Apple Watch app, so your phone can stay in the bag

EAT FOR THE RESULT

• Calorie and protein targets set from your body and your goal
• Two taps to a barcode scan, two taps to a search
• Your usual meals log again in one tap
• Late-night food counts toward the day you meant
• Targets that adjust as your weight moves

SEE THE PROOF

• Private progress photos with a before-and-after slider you can save to Photos
• A strength rank that climbs as your lifts do
• Bodyweight trend and a weekly record of what you did
• An optional body scan that estimates body fat and muscle balance from one photo
• Apple Health sync for workouts and weight

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT

No account. Your training, food, and photos live on your iPhone. They leave it only when you say so: a backup to your own iCloud Drive, or a body scan you approve.

Evident is built by one lifter, not a company. Ideas and problems sent from Settings go straight to the person who builds it.
