Mostly unavailable. Or they simply don’t work. I have been let down by Evie for the last time today at Nambour MB214A 1 & 2. Never again! ### 1/5 — Can’t sign up, can’t contact a human to fix it *2025-10-15, version 5.0.5* The signup flow is broken. When I enter my post code, it says “There was an error saving the user” and goes no further, but you can’t open a support case without having a working account, which I obviously can’t create. These guys want nearly 80 when the Tesla charger next to it is 34.. It’s all the same electricity lol I would never use this brand. These changing apps are constantly going wrong and making it hard and sometimes impossible to change EVs. Shouldn’t need an app to do any of this. It’s a plug at the end of the day. Don’t bother ### 1/5 — Worst EV charging app *2025-07-03, version 4.7.62* App full of glitches error with connection and errors to track the app while charging and prices of them are over expensive ### 1/5 — All round terrible *2025-07-02* Where can I begin… within only two days of using I encountered several issues. First it wouldn’t unplug from mine and another customers car, had to call customer service and get it manually released after waiting on hold for some time. On another occasion Evie put a Sydney charger in an underground car park with no reception making it almost impossible to open the app and select the charge. Third, even if there isn’t any issue with the chargers there’s usually not enough and I find myself waiting 30-90min just to start the slow process of charging. Figuring out these issues have cost me hours of time when I’ve been in a hurry to get places. Extremely unhappy and would recommend avoiding ### 3/5 — Charging screen fails to load *2025-06-22* Since the upgrade the charging screen now fails to load which is the most commonly used screen. ### 3/5 — Pretty good but lacks some key controls *2025-06-14* App crashes sometimes and the chademo charger gets stuck 99% of the time I have charged and I charge about 5 times a week. Very annoying to have to call support EVERY SINGLE TIME and have to go through the whole script EVERY SINGLE TIME. SUGGESTION: add a button on the app to MANUALLY DISCHARGE the charger. Why isn’t there a button on the app to stop charging?! ### 1/5 — A painful nightmare *2025-06-09, version 4.7.29* EV charging should be easier than this. These changing apps are constantly going wrong and making it hard and sometimes impossible to change EVs. Shouldn’t need an app to do any of this. It’s a plug at the end of the day. EV charging works fine at my home without any apps. ### 1/5 — Don’t download! *2025-06-07, version 4.7.29* They purposely haven’t put a ‘stop charging’ button in the app, so you have to call up support if you want to stop the charging earlier. Not sure if that’s even legal but I wouldn’t waste your time. ### 1/5 — Broken *2025-05-02, version 4.6.0* “There was an error getting your user details”. App totally broken. ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-04-16* All these months after release, issues have not been fixed. I can’t login, can’t search up charger locations, can’t contact support via the app, app crashes when selecting payment method. Can’t edit settings for my registered vehicle, no auto-charge feature. Your original app was (and still is) better than this. I already have an account and the app has only one login option - logging in using a link sent to your email which you need to open in the same device. Not everyone is tech savvy or have a RFID card handy. Please make it easier for family members to set up charging for everyone in the family using one account. So any problems initially when released must have been sorted. I have used the Evie network extensively in NSW and QLD recently and found it the most reliable and best performing.
