Also pricing is confusing. It says £9.95 is first hour, £9.95 per minute, £9.95 per hour. A more interactive map showing drop off points would be useful. Current is not easy to use. Additionally the burden of reviewing damage photos each time adds a little unwanted friction that may deter some swing voters. Ideally this could be less burdensome. The brakes on a lot of bikes are really squeaky so a regular oil good too. App also a little clunky and hard to find updated balance with a subscription.
