Designed for field operatives and mobile specialists, enables users to create video reports to upload and complete forms for reporting. Eviid’s patented technology ensures compliance and security of all images & data captured with a completed end-to-end audit process and the ability to securely share for documented decision-making.

• From login, the user has access to the following highlights.
• Eviid Smart Forms – easy to use.
• Fully recursive -alter previous forms and add sections, any number & levels of sub-areas e.g., street, house, room, plant, component, or unit.
• Intelligent logic tree, smart question sets, allowing Conditional and intuitive functions
• Fully distributed capability adding new sections to existing forms.
• Record a video & Upload – video compressed approx. 20 times to ensure the video can be uploaded for sharing over poor connections or used offline and uploaded once connected.
• Within the recorded video capture points of interest using bookmarks including HQ photo.
• All images & data captured include time, date, and GPS.
• Collect product or report details with the use of OCR, number & text recognition, captured into Eviid Smart Forms.
• Reporting - Information captured used to create reports including company or client logos.
