Daher auch extra die App installiert. Aber mit der Preiserhöhung von 0,55 ct/kWh (davor waren es mal 0,49 ct/kWh) ist eviny leider nicht mehr besonders attraktiv. Da kann ich dann auch bei EnBW oder EWE Go laden. ### 4/5 — Efficient *2025-09-11* This is a great app to use if you’re traveling around Norway as there are many chargers. If you’re coming from another country , you have to first call this company using the telephone number on the machine. They will register your phone number and provide you a 4 digit access code. From there , you’ll be self sufficient. There were times we could not charge the car, because the app was not connecting to any data that I had. Last week somebody used my account and card data to charge their car with a chip, and bilkraft do not/cannot reach the person and give me back my money. Turns out someone got into my account and was using it. They refunded me but couldn’t give me any explanation as to how this even happened or much reassurance that it won’t happen again. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Not working *2026-08-22* Most of your station, the charger does not work, and this is not very good for the tourism ### 1/5 — If you’re from the USA, do not use this charging station. *2026-07-22* Terrible experience from beginning to end. They will not send the verification code to a U.S. phone number, whether you scan the QR code or download and try to register through the Bilkraft app. I followed every instruction, tried multiple times, checked my phone number and country code, requested the text again, and still received absolutely nothing. Vipps does not support U.S. numbers either, so international travelers are left with no reliable way to pay or begin charging. I wasted a huge amount of time moving between chargers, plugging and unplugging the car, scanning different QR codes, downloading the app, and waiting for a verification message that never arrived. A charging station should simply let customers plug in and pay with a normal credit card or Apple Pay. It should not require a Scandinavian payment account, a special RFID card, or an app that cannot even send an SMS to an American phone. This completely ruined my day. I hate this charging station—it is the worst charging experience I have ever had. Avoid Eviny and Bilkraft if you are visiting from the United States. One star only because zero stars is not an option. ### 1/5 — Completely useless for tourists *2026-06-20* This app acts like it recognizes foreign phone numbers but will have an error every time. It’s impossible to start a charger without a phone number as well. This hostile design makes it impossible to charge an electric vehicle as a tourist. Without an SMS verification code, the app will not allow you to charge. You must register your phone number to activate the charge. Which does not seem necessary. And when you try and register your number it errors out. We tried three different stations and could not charge. However, I contacted Eviny support by email who were really helpful. They preapproved my number on the system and, after a couple of tries, were able to intercept my code request from the app and SMS me the code manually. We do not drive in Norway until the end of May so I will not be able to try using the Bilkraft app for charge sessions until then. However, they have ultra-rapid chargers at several of our planned destinations so I am optimistic now. ### 5/5 — Super user-friendly *2022-08-10* I’m not a techie and this is my first electric car experience. The app makes finding charging stations easy, and if you find a charging station on your own and then go to the app to use it, the app seems to know which station you’re at, and starting charging takes ten seconds.
