LIVE ICD-10 SCANNER Aim your iPhone camera at a chart, EHR screen, or printed page. Codes are recognized automatically and resolved to their HCC mappings instantly. All text recognition runs on your iPhone using Apple's Vision framework — camera images and recognized text never leave the device. Only the validated ICD code string is sent to look up its HCC mapping. This app already fills a real gap

Only been using this a few days but it’s clearly built by someone who understands this space. The CMS monitoring tool is something I didn’t know I needed - keeping up with Medicare policy changes is a pain and this handles it in a way I haven’t seen in other apps. ICD-10 and HCC lookup work exactly as expected. Looking forward to seeing how it grows
