This company is highly unreliable. Once they take your money there is literally nothing you can do except submit comments in an amateurish chat application. The company has a fake San Francisco address and phone number, but appears to be in India. There is no support and beyond their website, you have no way of contacting a human once your visa is submitted.

Proceed at your own risk -- you will lose your money, get no support and no visa. Buyer beware.
