Then when I informed her I was the sole provider she told me they don’t serve small businesses. ### 1/5 — super sketchy *2018-11-22* I went to renew my rec card which i have already done in the past, but decided to try this site. they called me and tried to get my card information over the phone prior to me entering any information in on the app, and then when i refused, they sent me to a website that was not correlated with the app and was charging more than they initially explained. in addition to this, they didn’t even know what the website looked like and assumed i could put in my own amount to pay!! then tried to get me to use paypal!! beware!! ### 1/5 — Difficult *2018-04-16, version 1.5.4.0* There are no directions. When my doctor came on he could not hear me and I couldn’t hear him. Video does not work. Doc had to call me directly. THERES NO WAY TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT ONCE MADE IT. YOUr CREDENTIALS FOR THE APP WILL NOT WORK FOR THE WEBSITE. THERES NO OPTION TO REMOVE CERTAIN PROFILE INFORMATION ONCE ENTERED. THE HELP DESK NUMBER IS JUST A GOOGLE VOICEMAIL. GOOD LUCK GETTING IN TOUCH WITH SUPPORT. This app needs to be removed completely from the App Store and I’m going to be contacting Apple about this scam app. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I’d avoid e-visit like the plague ### 1/5 — Unreliable App and Support *2020-11-12* My boyfriend booked an appointment for COVID-19 as he was experiencing bad symptoms. He spent 20 minutes trying to log into this app for his appointment. Each time it said the password was incorrect even though he just created it and also reset it. We tried on multiple devices too. When he finally got into the app (2 minutes before his appointment) it said he had no scheduled appointments. He couldn’t even get the care he needed when he was sick with COVID-19 because this app has an inability to function. Oh and we called the support number multiple times for it to ring before abruptly hanging up on us. ### 1/5 — Not iPad friendly *2020-10-30* They need to make an iPad/laptop version of this ap. No horizontal telecommunications (the screen doesn’t rotate). Sort of like amateur videos taken on a smart phone where the videoagrapher forgot to hold their camera horizontally. I call the doctors office they tell me I need set up an account and I tell them I did. I can’t register ### 1/5 — Terrible, sketchy app! *2020-05-18* I was told that I needed to use this app in order to see my doctor virtually. When I tried using the desktop browser the meeting never loaded. When I downloaded this app, I tried again to join the meeting with my doctor but the app said that first I need to enter a credit card. When I entered the credit card, the app said that it was unable to verify my credit card. At this point I am not sure whether or not this program is a scam but I would urge medical providers to find a different company to work with because this kind of behavior is suspicious at best. I will be calling my bank to make sure that no fraud has been committed. ### 1/5 — Use any other app No support *2020-04-13, version 1.9.0* I wish there were zero stars. This is quite literally the worst app I’ve ever used. No idea why my Dr decided to use this but it locks you out repeatedly. There’s no phone support and no email support. This technology is great. I wasn’t going to be able to see the doctor until next week since my schedule never lined up with theirs. With eVisit I could see when my doctor was available and could even schedule a future visit. The app was really easy to setup. After answering a few simple questions I was able to connect with my doctor, tell them my symptoms, and they even sent a prescription to the pharmacy right down the street from me.
