The total price for 24 hours was 526 with additional helmet and tax it came to 686. Even when I paid the complete amount for 24 hours I selected the drop slot with in 18 hours. Since I paid for 24 hours I returned the vehicle within 19 hours and still they charged me 300 extra as late fee! I keep traveling and renting vehicles(cars and bikes) and I never faces this issue with any other platforms. ### 1/5 — Extremely bad service *2026-04-12* I had a very disappointing experience. The cars are quite old, many having run over 90,000 to 1 lakh+ km. I rented one for 3 days, and the AC wasn’t working at all. When I asked for a replacement, I was told I had to pay delivery charges again—over ₹1500—even though it was a nearby location. That’s unreasonable, especially when the issue was with the car provided. I was willing to pay a higher rental expecting better quality and service, but this was far from it. Honestly, it’s better to go with a local car rental provider than deal with this kind of experience. ### 1/5 — SCAM DON’T BOOK *2026-02-16* Don’t book the rental car with them as they make scam from no where there are so many hidden charges if we make the calculation in front of them they say it’s another team telling us to get the payment from us and when we tried contacting the customer service their representative is the one of the worst support guy I have ever talked with he simply said make the payment with very worst attitude towards the customer and ended the call SO DONT TRY TO BOOK RENTAL CAR OR BIKE FROM THEM , There are very good rental vendor out there kindly make a direct visit of the office and make the rental and always make a SCREENSHOT OF THE PAID AMOUNT OUR SCENARIO THAT MOVE WAS ONE WHICH SHOWED US HOW THEY TRIED TO SCAM US !! ### 1/5 — WORST SERVICE *2025-12-09* Worst customer service ### 1/5 — App crashes a lot *2025-10-04* This app keeps crashing and not showing up bookings. It’s not letting login using phone number and trying other options directly exists the app ### 1/5 — Worst *2025-06-08* Never pay them online. Worst service. They will never never return your money if there is no vehicle. They will not provide bike and returns our amount payed and charges us. ### 1/5 — Misguided information *2025-01-20* Checked the app, UI wise it’s a very simple and easy to use app. The car options are pretty good too. Now if you select the option for unlimited mileage which also shows no deposit required. At the time of checkout it’ll be added. And there is a pick-up and drop hub price of 600 from the location in the app, for custom locations it is 1200. For a basic hatchback you are going to pay nearly 4K without the deposit.
