Feedback: A “flash lights” or “honk” feature would make it much easier to find the car, especially in busy areas. The GPS also needs to be more accurate downtown, it sometimes shows the car on the street when it’s actually parked in a parking lot. There should be an easy way to report a car that can’t be found!! Convenient, and fairly priced. *2026-06-11, version 9.16.1* I recently lost my car, and Evo has been integral in my ability to commute for important appointments, meetings and just having the ability to drive instead of bussing has been a blessing. All of the cars that I’ve used are wonderful, and for the most part clean. Overall comfortable and smooth driving experience. ### 1/5 — No signal? Still a problem. *2026-06-06, version 9.16.1* New app update says no signal no problem - can connect in low to no signal areas. I’ve had troubles in the past connecting to Evo in my underground parkade but always got it in the end. Won’t work at all now with new update - Bluetooth shows connected in the app but it won’t unlock the car. They’re either inside a residential building, or inside an office building, or in a parking lot that you don’t have access to, or simply not there at all. The app should be able to tell its users EXACTLY where the cars are, including if it’s inside or outside and, if it’s in a parking lot, it should say what level of the parking lot the cars are.
