- Novo status "Aguardando cliente", informando se a atuação é de Redes ou da Conjunta.
- Em Redes, informe também protocolo e responsável.
- Durante a espera, a ocorrência fica com o botão "Cliente atuou?". Ao responder, volta para "Em atendimento".
- "Finalizar Atendimento" agora se chama "Continuar Atendimento".
