App keeps crashing on launch. The few times it does manage to launch, products don’t appear in the categories.

Worst experience, Worst online shopping site.

They take orders and forget to shop it even after 15 days of order.

Every time you call customer care they say it will be shipped tomorrow

This is by far the worst app I’ve ever seen from the User Interface and User Experience point of view. The surfing is not seamless. Takes time to load. The worst part is order tracking. You’ll never be able to track your orders from the app! 
Cons of order tracking:
1. You’ve to enter order details and mobile number every time you’ve to check the status of your order. Why? We’ve already logged in! 
2. When you enter the details, it’ll say that the mobile number does not match with order details! Seriously? I’m entering the same mobile number that is mentioned on the invoice!
3. You’ve to call the customer care to get tracking details. Even they are unable to track your order details!
So, it’s not worth buying stuff from this app.

I had a little mishap with my order but Mr Ankit from Evok team dealt with my issue with patience and resolved it within the promised timeline. will reorder just because of this service!!
