Alternately, a meditation would freeze part way through and I wouldn’t be able to continue listening or restart it. :-( ### 5/5 — So grateful for this free app *2025-05-12, version 1.18* My therapist recommended it and it’s been really helpful. I love how you can find a meditation for your specific situation and phase. Anyway, doing fertility meditations obviously won't hurt anyone. Actually, I really enjoyed these, especially the voice of the woman who was guiding me.
