I’m late to the game with this on mobile.  You would think that a game today would have controller support. On one hand, it looks to be a pretty old game (all things considered), on the other hand, an update could have been added.

モノクロからカラーになって、2Dから3Dになって…実際に触れてきた世代には「そうそうこんな感じだった」と思わせる作りに感心しました。
あと当時のゲームのパクリでは無くオマージュがたくさんあり、あのゲームじゃん！という事がたくさんありました。
そしてしっかり当時の悪いところも経験させてくれるので、「そうそう、そうだったよね…だるっ」となることまで含めて、大変面白い作品だと思いました。

Задумка интересная. В начале прям нравилось. Финальный босс кривой не понятно в какую сторону будет идти по кругу. Перемещение по карте иногда раздражало тем. что через каждые несколько секунд натыкался на врагов.

Was having a decent time until I got to the first boss in the mines.  The boss itself is hard enough (first time around I didn't even see a way to hurt it, and second time I found out how just by accident - there needs to be more of a clue on how to hit it!), but the fact that the last save point is WAY back in the mines, forcing you, if you die vs the boss, to navigate past a slew of fire traps just to get back to the boss (and then the jars of health are all gone as well even if you didn't use them all the first time) is RIDICULOUS.  Screw that crap. I'm done.

Thru the game I want to give a 4 stars, but final boss, oh, that thing get me angry and doesn't fit to style what is thru the whole game. I stopped playing it and buy second game with no chance. Completely ruined the game and the feeling from it.

Thank God
Finally an actual game.
I'm so sick "idle" games and all the garbage on mobile.
This might not be the best game ever but it's better than 99% of the slop that's out there now.

BTW
There's no such thing as an idle game, if you're idle you're not playing a game, you're watching a cartoon.

This isn’t that big of an issue but whenever I try to play the game the audio for the sound effects and music is skip every few seconds. I’ve played this game on mobile before in the past years ago and that was never a thing. Now it is and it’s very distracting. Please fix.

I played the game start to finish and hit every achievement and think it was great. For a bit I got the movement bug that a lot of people were talking about but it wasn’t game breaking and went away eventually. I am very much looking forward to Evoland 2!

It has that same sense of mystery, exploration, and progression—but with its own clever twist. What I love most is how the game plays with graphics and time: you unlock different visual styles as you go, switching between old-school pixel art and more modern graphics.

That mechanic isn’t just cosmetic either—you need to be in certain graphic styles to solve puzzles or move forward, which adds a fresh layer of strategy. It feels like a tribute to retro games while also being something totally new.

If you’re into games that blend nostalgia with smart gameplay and a sense of discovery, Overland is absolutely worth checking out. It’s not just a copy of Zelda—it’s its own thing, and it’s really well done.
