The app often thinks you are in the wrong car park and charges you incorrectly. The payment flow is also buggy and fails. ### 1/5 — Dispicable *2026-09-17, version 1.4.1* It made the parking 10 times harder, it is not accessible. Like an addict collecting cigarette butts next to a bin; evology parking is clutching for your data outside hospitals when precious minutes could be spent caring for loved ones. Who ever designed this; I hope your dog rubs its compacted gland on your toast. ### 1/5 — Glitchy app defaults to previously saved number plate details 😡 *2026-09-16, version 1.4.1* I had definitely entered the correct details for my car in to park, then it defaulted to my old car’s number plate and I got a PCN. Unfit for purpose! Double check your number plate is correct when paying! 😡😢 ### 1/5 — Useless *2026-09-16, version 1.4.1* Won’t remember login, the history of where you parked or find the carpark you’re in. The ‘donation’ option for the NHS is pushed way too hard. The button to skip this is so greyed out it’s practically invisible. Pop up in the app slid in over buttons you need to press. The app is a joke and that works for them and they a scammers. ### 1/5 — PCN even though I’ve paid *2026-09-16, version 1.4.1* Disgraceful ### 1/5 — Cheeky Buggers *2026-09-10, version 1.4.1* Very sneaky, charging extra when paying through the app but pay at machine cheaper. Double check before using app to save money ### 1/5 — Avoid if you can *2026-09-09, version 1.4.1* App tries to upsell you all the time. Not clear fees being added. Cheaper prices greyed out. Couldn’t work out how to just pay for parking as a guest. Had to create account. Car park disgusting in Poole. Litter glass rubbish everywhere. It’s clear no one at evology has tested their app otherwise they’d redesign the CX and customer journey. ### 1/5 — Useless app *2026-09-09, version 1.4.1* Trying to pay for parking at a hospital, both machines out of order, downloaded app and entered all details. Fine so far. Then the payment page would.not.load. I tried so many times, in the car park, in the hospital on WiFi, even when I got home. Deleted and reinstalled app. Payment page not loading. I’ve screen recorded it as proof, as I expect to get a nasty letter demanding a fine. Something that could totally have been avoided by a fully functioning app. I am happy to pay for parking! ### 5/5 — Mr *2026-08-29, version 1.3.16* Fantastic Car Park ### 1/5 — Awful UI *2026-08-28* “Easy to use payment system” it claims. If I had been able to park anywhere else and not use this awful app, then I would have. The system didn’t recognise its own parking zone, then gives a different price to the one marked on the board. Then crashed out several times while trying to input details. Yet another money grabbing parking app that barely functions. 0/5 Edit. The start time also is off and won’t let you adjust. So I lost 15 mins of parking. It’s a pity the NHS have to use this garbage app. ## Frequently asked questions about Evology Parking ### What is Evology Parking?
