I love this app. I use it in the morning after making my cup of coffee. I take my dog and we go sit outside in the morning sun. I know that at the very least I’ve taken in 12-15 minutes of great sun light. It’s a wonderful start to my day. We often stay out longer. 🔆🔆🔆🌴🥰
