I tried it for a month and then ended up purchasing the lifetime offer. Customer service is fantastic as well. I would recommend this to everyone who is willing to try it. NONE have hit the mark like Evolutioner. I first tried this app when I fell and received a traumatic brain injury, it helped my relax and calm my tension, I kept right on using it when I snapped my kneecap in half. Not only AM I fully healed have full range of motion. The doctors are amazed. If I have the time, this will send me into sleep faster than anything. If not, it gives me the mental break I need, and I am fortified to continue working. Of late, the daytime sessions seem so slow and boring. I do appreciate that I can mark the ones I truly love as favorites but those seem to be far and few in between. I don’t know if my brain notices a difference but for a short meditation it’s nice. Some of the night time are fabulous. Yes I've emailed them since I haven't found a customer service number. They have been charging me for months, even when cancelled my subscription . So you have to go back through all of your charges and know which date it is. Now the app doesn’t recognize my login, I reached out to customer service and they were very little help. Finally after uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, it was working. For one day. Now it has logged me out and is back to not recognizing my logins. Very frustrating. ### 1/5 — APP QUIT WORKING & NO HELP FROM EVOLUTIONER *2025-03-14, version 2.0.5* I tried several times to pull up my acct early yest morning and could not log in, stating my password wasn’t valid. I was using the same pw I always used—the one they gave me in the email they sent when I joined in Sept ‘24. I emailed the co explaining the issue and attaching the 9 ‘24 email showing my pw and that I had paid for a full year. I received an auto reply that “your request (16952) has been received and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.” I’ve heard nothing. Tried emailing again this morning, and nothing, not even an auto response. ### 1/5 — Can't Play Tracks *2025-02-25, version 1.4.62* Unfortunately the app isn't compatible with the latest iPhone update. They said it would be fixed within the week and that was weeks ago. Very disappointed. The music abruptly stops and I have to manually go to the app to press play again. This happens about 5-6 times in the space of 12 minutes. It’s very disruptive and makes it impossible to fully immerse yourself listening to the music and meditate or relax with the constant stopping of the music and having to press play each time to start it again. I take my dog and we go sit outside in the morning sun. I know that at the very least I’ve taken in 12-15 minutes of great sun light. It’s a wonderful start to my day.
