I found the evolv28 easy to use. The quality of sleep I am now getting has improved and I am sleeping an hour and a half to 2 hours more a night, compared to the 21 weeks previous. I have more energy during the day, and my mood is elevated; maybe from better sleep or an unexpected positive side effect!!
I would recommend this to anyone struggling with sleep. I'd love to try some of the other apps.
