I apparently made my car payment “too early” and now they’re telling me I have to make two car payments in one month. Horrible customer service. Do not bank with evolve!

From a bank that nickels and dimes everything and still charge a fee to keep a checking account open.. you would think that this app looks awesome. New app works as if its 2015, still took them 5 years… late and looks primitive. Go GECU or a real bank.

Evolve's software doesn't let me pay bills on my Mac. Their app doesn't offer bill pay. So, to pay bills I have to do it on a PC like a caveman. Needs work, especially since Evolve touts its eChecking, and competitor GECU has bill pay on its app.
