## What is EvolveU?

EvolveU — A space to train your mind.

In a world of AI, be human.

EvolveU is a personal atelier for sustained thinking —
seventeen source-cited methodologies, drawn from decades
of research in cognitive science, philosophy, and
creative practice.

THE PREMISE

Most apps are designed to keep you scrolling. EvolveU
is engineered for the opposite. Each practice is a
deliberate session. The app does not interrupt you.
There are no streaks to break, no notifications to
dismiss, no infinite feeds.

THE LIBRARY (17 methodologies)

- Mind Mapping — Buzan, 1970s
- First Principles — Aristotle; Musk in practice
- Mental Models — Munger's latticework
- Decision Frameworks — Kahneman, Klein
- Systems Thinking — Donella Meadows

- Reverse Inversion — Jacobi; Munger
- Expressive Writing — Pennebaker, 1980s
