## What is EvolYou?

EvolYou brings together everything you need to track your body transformation with clarity and consistency.

AI-POWERED MEAL LOGGING
• Log a meal by photo, text or voice — AI estimates calories and macros automatically
• Build your own meal plan or let AI generate one for your goal

GUIDED WORKOUTS
• Build your weekly routine from dozens of exercises with real photos and step-by-step instructions
• A muscle map shows exactly what you're working
• In workout mode, the app tracks your sets and rest timer automatically

MEASUREMENTS AND BODY MAP
• Log weight and measurements and watch your progress on a visual body map
• Every new measurement is instantly compared to your last one
• Includes body fat estimation via skinfold calipers

HABITS AND SMART REMINDERS
• Water, gym, sleep, wake-up or custom habits
• Smart reminders and streaks to keep you consistent

PROGRESS WITH A PARTNER
• Compare your progress fairly — by percentage of change from your own baseline, not by absolute weight
• The comparison makes sense even between different bodies

MEDICATIONS AND SUPPLEMENTS
• Track schedules and doses, with a supplement library explaining what each one does
• Share tracking with a caregiver or family member

PHOTOS AND REPORTS
• Save progress photos with a pose guide to keep the same framing
• Generate complete reports for any period

AVAILABLE IN 11 LANGUAGES
English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Arabic, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean and Turkish.

EvolYou organizes and presents the information you record yourself. It does not diagnose, prescribe treatment or replace a health professional. Decisions about diet, training or medication belong to you and your doctor.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.5 — 2026-09-12

• The progress chart on the home screen now shows day, week, month or year — in the longer views, each point is the period average.
• Fixed the error that stopped sharing on iPhone: partner and caregiver invites and the PDF report open normally again.
• Talk to us on WhatsApp: the Contact screen opens the chat with a ready-made message — just finish it.

### 1.4 — 2026-09-08

• Photo comparison: tap Compare and pick the second photo straight from the list for that same pose, without scrolling the whole gallery. The comparison opens in one tap.
• In overlay mode, drag the handle to see a different photo on each side of the line — both halves used to show the same image.
• Progress chart: fixed the repeated label on the axis.
• Pen rotation: the map now marks every site already used in the cycle, not just the last one.

### 1.3 — 2026-09-01

• New: EvolYou Premium subscription — remove ads and use AI without limits.
• Internal improvements and stability fixes.

### 1.2 — 2026-08-26

• Photo screens are faster and the app uses far less memory.
• Stability fixes.

### 1.1 — 2026-08-25

Internal improvements and stability fixes.
