They continue to charge more and yet have not provided better customer service to follow any of their own rules even. ### 1/5 — It is nothing like the ads NEVER PLAY THIS *2026-08-23, version 5.32.1* This game lied to us it bought hundreds of fake reviews glazing this and in one of the ads they had a dude glazing this so hard but he didn’t even have a phone in the case he was “playing” on NEVER BUY THIS GAME ### 1/5 — Not what’s advertised *2026-08-22, version 5.32.1* Too bad it isn’t the game shown on the add. The real game is nothing like the add. I’d play the one in the add all the time. ### 1/5 — Horrible game *2026-08-21, version 5.32.0* Horrible game environment that encourages bullying. Once you start and download it, it’s hard to leave so it’s best not to start at all. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. ### 1/5 — Trash slot machine pay to play *2026-08-21, version 5.32.0* Why does this game have a top rating? It is a really basic rock / paper game/ scissors kinda game. Very little actual strategy. The grind in this game is ridiculous … there’s a name for players that pay to win “coiners” but as for pay to win games go that I’ve played - this is the greediest and the worst. Terrible grinds, some that require thousands (I said thousands) in order to keep up near the top, be prepared to spend hundreds to tread water, and free to play? You might as well commit seppuku now. The dailies are super grindy requiring at least 45 minutes of your time, then there are weeklies, timing of various battle events like Zama to BoC and these all take hours to play out. Then there is server to server and PvP - the slightest mistake or bad bubble or maybe you just are on a really mean server - all that stuff you farmed for hours will get raided away instantly the second you aren’t on top of it. Save yourself the bother and move on. ### 1/5 — Games cooked *2026-08-21, version 5.32.0* A game made by thieves who are not up to standard for their coding as every update is met with errors. Developers only want your money and care not for your safety and care. Players can tell you to go kill yourself and that is deemed ok and no actions required despite their Terms of Service stating they do not tolerate violent/abusive behaviour and will remove players who violate that. When packages are paid for which results in issues, they illegally offer store credits (pink gems) instead of a refund, where if you state that’s not acceptable and provide the law codes that it violates, they gaslight you and then ignore you with the pretence they will respond after a recheck into the matter. Players are not allowed more than one account at any given time in accordance to the terms of service they themselves came up with, yet they don’t follow that documentation themselves, refuse to take actions against players who you 100% prove have dozens of accounts, yet will admit in tickets that players can actually have alternate accounts but cannot use them for inappropriate or illegal activities where they strangely are allowed to transfer resources between them freely to a monitored amount per day, but as that is too long a process for players to want the hassle doing they simply have the alternate accounts send troops out to camps and open the required resource boxes and proceed to attack it with their main account to plunder over and over again to where hundreds of billions are able to be exchanged where the games systems have no way of monitoring because the inapt developers haven’t a clue how to check that this happens, how to prevent it or even admit that it occurs and punish anyone you prove does this. With the insanely vast differences between the highest keep level players who cheat in the above ways along with spending hundreds of thousands to stay ahead of the small spending (or non spending) players, it’s now pointless playing if you’re not keep level 48 and have at least 60b power. Because one hit off a K50 player to anyone that is k45 or below, is either a one hit kill or reduces the troops so much you can’t afford to not have a truce bubble up. This makes all PvP events ridiculously hard, especially server wars, for anyone under k48. When you further add in that so many players pay for using external software to find targets for them and know exactly which players have troops alive and are about to drop bubble and even know where the players will respawn on being force ported back to their own server to be able to have the attack in motion before they’ve even respawned, or where they will spawn in battlefield, it further adds to the unplayability of the game. Players use the same softwares to find boss targets to be able to kill more ahead of other players, including anything a paying player with the auto-join package has had spawn for themselves, special events location for the pyramids, ares statues, barbarian castles etc. Players then use their alts to kill troops for different events. All the keep decorations, champions, dragons, duty general gear etc all require players to have to pay with most of that unable to be gained with other gameplay avenues unless it’s some sort of pot luck roulette type event with tiny percentages to even stand a chance of winning them (0.03% odds etc). Everything is stacked against players who don’t want to spend money or cannot afford to, especially the vast amounts the developers expect. It should not cost more than the average monthly salary to be able to get the newest dragon, champion, keep decoration or whichever. Greed has ruined the game which used to be such a great thing to play. It’s all about what’s the next ploy to get people to spend money and divide the players more. If you can’t follow your own rules set and maintain servers correctly, then you shouldn’t be making games. ### 1/5 — Don’t spend any money *2026-08-20, version 5.32.0* This game is fun at the start but as the server grows the only people that do well are those spending thousands of dollars on this game. I would not even consider downloading because the bigger players will constantly attack you if your shields are down. Some servers are nap but many are not. It’s not worth anyone’s time unless you want to play for fun and even then it’s not that fun. You may have 2 billion power but a 10 billion or 23 billion will eat you like semi hitting a fly. It’s a nice concept but would only be good if they put an option in that if you do not want to participate in getting attacked with shields down you do not get attack. Maybe have and option every week if you do want to participate in pvp or sit and enjoy the game. The only ones who get big are those spending tons of money.
